Why are they staring at me like that?

The instructor shook his head, “Should have expected her to be this proficient… Right… It’s fine now, student, let me take over from here.”

Err… Ok?

I stepped away from the downed Exo-Knight and the instructor moved forward to point his fist at him, shooting out two darts that impaled that guy’s machine in the back and sending some kind of electric current through the wires connected to the darts.

The Exo-Knight spasmed for a moment before it shut down and I realised there was no need for me to step in at all earlier since he was most likely already going to shoot it to disable him.

Well… You can never be too sure, right? And I’m glad I managed to react in time since that meant I could have also reacted to him if the instructor wasn’t ready.

The chest area of the Exo-Knight then popped open, revealing the pilot inside who had his hands raised up in surrender.

The instructor gestured for me to leave so I guess he didn’t want me to witness whatever happened next so I complied and left the area.

He should be fine, considering the fact that several androids had already moved there to surround that guy and they were also armed.

And without his Exo-Knight, I doubt the guy could do anything against the Instructor even if he were to somehow be able to subdue the androids.

Deciding that I had enough for today, I went over to one of the Exo-Knight docking bays to dismount.

“Daddy~ Amber is calling~” Renata reported cheerily.

I answered the call and Amber’s face appeared, my lover looking concerned.

“Tera? Are you ok? Do you still need help?”

I waved at her, “It’s fine now, the Instructor has him. Not sure what he’s doing here but I think he’s definitely up to no good. He tried to kill me and the Instructor twice.”

Amber frowned, “Then just kill him? Why are we not killing him?”

“I guess the Instructor wants to interrogate him or something? I dunno. That’s the only reason I can think of.”

“Well, I guess it’s none of our business anyway. So are you coming back out or are you done?”

“I think I’m done for today. You girls can continue if you want. Help me let the others know I’m going back to the ship first.”

“Okies~”

I shut off the call and moved the Exo-Knight to the docking bay, shutting it down and opening its cockpit.

The android behind me rebooted as Renata disconnected herself from the android, allowing it to return back to normal as I dismounted from the machine.

I left the hangar and walked back to the ship alone, already thinking about what I should make for our lunch and dinner later.

But first things first… I want to write in the newest log entry for the day.

As I entered my ship, I opened up my Codex in preparation to start typing my newest log.

When I did so, I noticed a new entry on the shared logs that all of us were using.

Normally, that wouldn’t be a surprise but this one was really recent and I know for a fact that no one else should be typing out a log entry right now.

I tapped on the entry to open it just to see what was written in it.

‘Hello Daddy~ I love youuuu~ UwU’

…

I looked down at my chest.

“Renata?”

“Ehehehe~ What is it, Daddy?”

“I suppose I’m surprised it took so long but I guess you already knew about the logs huh?”

“Ehehe~ I only found them recently after I looked through the file systems of the ship~ You should have told me about this, Daddy!”

“Well… I just didn’t think about it and forgot about it… Does Yumiko know about this?”

“Mmm… Seeing that she doesn’t have any logs recorded, I would say that she doesn’t. Is Daddy going to tell her?”

“Yeah. I don’t see a reason why we should keep it from her anyway. The logs are just something that we all share to remember our days anyway. Anyway… What have you been writing here?”

I went ahead to start back reading all the entries she made and… What the heck, she’s so cute.

She’s even using all those emoticons too, which I am surprised she even knew about. Does the internet of this galaxy still use the same kind of emoticons even now?

“Where did you even learn how to type like this?” I asked.

“From the GalaNet of course~ There’s a lot of people who type like that.”

Really? Even in the future people still typed like that? I would have expected things to change in a different setting but well… I guess it’s good that I don’t have to worry about typing like a boomer or something.

I scrolled through the logs, “Where specifically do you see these being typed though?”

“Mmm… There’s a lot of streamers who have chat logs that look like that.”

“Like?”

Several screens popped out in front of me and it took me a moment to realise that they were all showing the streaming site GalaStream and there were tons of different streamers currently streaming right now.

In the box beside their streams were the chat windows of their viewers and I can see that they were indeed typing their messages in the same way, if you were to just ignore all the custom emojis that are unique to each streamer.

Interestingly enough, it seems like memes are still a thing here and there’s tons of them too.

Obviously I didn’t get any of the references since I haven’t really been online that much and have been busy hunting for grass to touch.

Kidding, kidding.

If I wanted to touch some grass I can always just go to the hydroponics room anyway…

Speaking of which…

My gaze went towards one of the streams where it was someone playing a first person shooter.

Obviously I am no stranger to games of course so I could tell that whoever was playing it was especially skilled.

They vaulted through a window and gunned down someone who had been hiding inside a building before dashing out through the door to melee a guy from behind and killing him.

They then immediately switched out their assault rifle for the sniper that the guy they just killed to snipe another player that was jumping down from the roof, nailing him directly in the head and eliminating him with a single shot.

I think this was the same game that Ries had been playing the last time before she got beaten by some popular streamer too.

Looking at the name of the streamer… Oh… I think it’s the same person?

‘SonicSlayer’… Yeah, I think that’s the same guy I saw before.

Their chat box on the side was literally scrolling up so fast that I wondered if anyone could even read it…

My gaze drifted down to the viewer count, only to see the numbers one and six followed by the letter Q and a plus sign after that.

Seriously? Sixteen quadrillion current viewers? Damn…

“Umm… Just curious… Renata?”

“Yes, Daddy?”

“Has Ries uploaded any of our videos?”

“Hmm? I don’t think so? I think she was still muttering something about not having a good enough recording or something.”

“Was the video of us shooting down those pirates not good enough?”

“Apparently not, Daddy~”

Well… I don’t know what she is expecting but she’s the one with more experience so I trust her.

As I was about to ask Renata to close the windows, another stream at the bottom of the group caught my eye and at first I didn’t think too much about it until I realised what it was and did a double take.

I shifted the other screens away to bring that particular screen to the front, just to make sure that I wasn’t seeing things.

Sure enough, that video was literally showing a girl sitting in front of the camera… With the camera focused on her body and hiding her face… And the girl had her legs spread wide open while she stuffed a particularly large dildo in and out of her.

“This… Is allowed?” I asked, pointing at the stream.

“Hmm? Of course, Daddy~ Didn’t we already know that there’s no censorship here after a war was almost fought over it?”

“But… What about the minors? Do they not worry that minors will see it?”

“Oh, Daddy doesn’t know? Minors can’t access the GalaNet under normal circumstances~ They could purchase personal terminals but they will not be able to access the GalaNet until they are of adult age. If they did so, it would be illegal~”

So basically just keep all of them out of the internet until they are adults… So you don’t need to worry about censoring the internet for them…

You know what, I think that’s a good idea. I approve of it.
