After hearing what he said, Nathan’s excited expression visibly waned. He gave a short awkward laugh and then said, “Now that I thought about it, I think such a responsibility is too much for me.”

Then Nathan started speaking nonsense with a pretentious tone as if he was a very respectful and loyal follower, “As one of the birthday gifts prepared for you by our leader Treyton and as his partner, I think it’s just right for everyone in the team to work together to make what you want a success.

Luciel rolled his eyes after hearing Nathan’s nonsense which was obviously just for pulling all the other members for shared responsibility and shared punishment.

“You are really good at speaking, you should have learned another job aside from being a doctor,” Luciel commented.

“Huh? What are you talking about?” Nathan said, feigning innocence.

“I’m just saying that I know that everyone is willing to work together to make sure that everything will be alright,” Nathan continued, then turned to the others and asked, “Right?”

“Of course we are willing to help and make sure that the show would end up as a success, but because of what you mentioned I don’t think I want to have shared punishment with you,” Yang said.

The others also readily nodded, clearly agreeing with what Yang said.

“Don’t worry, for the shared responsibility and punishment, Nathan would receive harsher training if you guys really ended up making the show a failure.

He would certainly receive more hits from me before receiving more hits from Ciel,” Treyton said.

Luciel also chuckled and said, “Don’t worry, I would show mercy when training with you guys but I will certainly hit Nathan harder.”

“Hey, you two are being harsh. I’m already volunteering to help you guys but you are even laying out such a punishment!”

“Yep, you are indeed volunteering but you are obviously volunteering because you wanted to have fun.

So, to prevent you from having too much fun and accidentally destroying or messing up the show, it’s better to have some punishment

And it’s not even a punishment as you just have to spar with us a few times which is certainly beneficial for you,” Treyton said with a smile.

“Well, I won’t be punished anyway. And with this show which will have a lot of people in it, I’m sure it would be interesting so I won’t care about you two.”

Afterwards, they finally started talking about the recruit notice that they have to announce and post tomorrow.

Since they don’t have much experience about it aside from Richard and Lottie who had a bit of understanding on it because of their previous jobs, they had to recruit all the people needed for it.

So in the end they have to recruit directors, playwrights, composers, musicians, choreographers, designers, and actors.

“It seems that we need to recruit a lot, but the people that we should recruit first are the directors and playwrights.

You can also include that their accommodation and three meals a day would be handled once they start working for the show and it wouldn’t be deducted from the salary that they would receive. Their salary would only be told to them if they’re selected for the play.”

“That’s generous. I’m sure even without knowing the salary a lot of people will be tempted to join.

In the base that I was at before, just the three free meals a day is already tempting enough.

Even though the north base is fairer in prices and treatment of people, I’m sure a lot of people would still be tempted by such a generous offer of bonuses, salary, and benefits,” Camille said.

Camille had experienced working as a nurse for months in the base that he was previously at and experienced the salary given to working people like them.
