Afterwards, he started dropping blood on the sunflower together with his plant energy.

Instead of just one drop like he did when he made a contract with Thorn, Luciel stopped only after 5 drops of blood were absorbed by the sunflower.

Unlike Thorn, he hadn’t helped the sunflower when it was awakening its consciousness and hadn’t poured his plant energy into it daily like what he did with Thorn and the other plants that he have.

Since the sunflower wasn’t accustomed to his plant energy yet, they needed a larger amount of medium to establish their contract faster.

Of course, if he wasn’t willing he could also only use one drop but they probably have to stay in the botanical garden until morning before the link would be successful.

“By the way Jane, I’m already linking with the sunflower which you had encountered first, so I’ll give you the succulent plant I had found as a compensation.”

Even though he contracted the sunflower because it was a disobedient one, Jane was still the first one to encounter it so he had to give a compensation.

“No need. I know I couldn’t control such a plant for the time being so even though I was the first one to encounter it.

I wouldn’t form a contract with it. If you aren’t around, I’ll really just let Nathan burn it to nothing so that it won’t cause trouble later because I couldn’t control it.

Besides, there are still a lot of unexplored areas in this botanical garden so if I’m lucky I’ll be able to find more,” Jane said with a smile.

“Ok, if you didn’t find anything more just get the succulent plant from me.”

Jane didn’t refuse any further knowing that she couldn’t change his decision anymore.

Since there are still a lot of time before dinner, Nichole and Jane went separately again to continue exploring the botanical garden, leaving Nate and Eric to take turns in preventing the sunflower from resisting.

Then he began watching a movie while inputting plant energy to the sunflower.

It probably just wanted to continue acting hurt so Luciel didn’t stop it. Instead, every time the sunflower tried its exaggerated acting, Luciel would inject more plant energy into it so that it would learn that it’s no use acting all fake in front of him.

After repeatedly doing such a useless action and only repeatedly punished, the sunflower finally learned its lesson and stopped making noise because it would just suffer more.

After an hour and thirty minutes, the others finally returned to where he was at.

It seemed that the botanical garden had really raised a lot of exceptional plants as he could see that Nichole was holding another plant aside from the succulent she had before.

It was also the same with Jane, it seemed that she was even luckier as she was also holding 2 more plants even though one of the plants was just an ordinary plant and wouldn’t be able to turn into a conscious plant.

After waiting for another 30 minutes, the link with the sunflower was finally completed.

The sunflower really didn’t resist at all so Luciel knew that it could still be more obedient in the future.

“Ok, the contract is successful,” Luciel said and removed his hand on the sunflower.

“I also have another contract plant, its name is Thorn, you can meet it later. So, what’s your name?” Luciel said while looking at the sunflower.
