Chapter 467: Fighting the White Dragon
“Oh? Has the dragon awakened?” Nolan couldn’t hold back his smile. “How will Sylvia finish it? I’m quite curious.”

Witnessing a fierce battle between two powerful figures was a rare sight.

Missing it would clearly be a great loss.

“Finally, you appear, White Dragon!” Sylvia shouted.

She opened her right palm. Suddenly, five magic circles appeared above the white dragon’s head.

Buzz… Boom!

Five-meter-wide fireballs formed within each magic circle and shot down toward the dragon.

The terrifying power of the fireballs incinerated its body, forcing the dragon to scream in pain.

However, Sylvia didn’t stop there.

She opened her left palm and shouted, “Ice Spear!”

A portal appeared above her. From within it, a ten-meter-long ice spear burst forth and shot toward the dragon at lightning speed.

Scrk!

The spear pierced through the dragon’s chest and burst out from its back.

Blue-tinged red blood spilled from the wound, making the scene even more gruesome.

Roar!

A soul-shaking roar echoed in all directions.

Jisha and Olivia instinctively covered their ears, their faces turning pale.

“Olivia, we need to move farther away! This is too dangerous!”

She felt that even two hundred meters wasn’t enough to escape the aftermath of the battle between her master and the White Dragon.

After all, a single attack from her master had nearly devastated everything within a five-hundred-meter radius.

Olivia did not refuse and nodded slightly. She and Jisha quickly turned around and moved away from their position.

However, Olivia suddenly stopped in her tracks and stared to the left, as if she had seen something.

Jisha was startled and asked in confusion, “What is it?”

Olivia was about to respond, but an explosion erupted from the direction of Sylvia and the White Dragon.

She immediately pushed the thought out of her mind and said, “It’s nothing. Let’s go!”

Despite her curiosity, Jisha did not press further and ran with her toward a more distant area.

Meanwhile, about forty meters from where Jisha and Olivia had been standing, Nolan stepped out from behind a three-meter-high rock and stared in the direction they had left.

“Jisha, huh? Just as I thought—she and I are bound by fate.” Nolan chuckled softly.

It had been a long time since he and Jisha last saw each other.

The last time was when he bid farewell before returning to the palace from the Caltheron family estate.

Of course, Nolan had no intention of approaching her, let alone greeting her.

His current position was that of the Singularity of Chaos. It was impossible for him to reveal his identity to her.

“By the way, the girl beside her must be Olivia Alkenor, right?” Nolan rubbed his chin.

Olivia Alkenor was Glarvic’s daughter. He remembered his older sister mentioning that the Master of the Academy of Fallen Stars was eager to take her as a personal student.

However, that desire clashed with Sylvia’s wish to also take her as a student.

With Sylvia’s appearance in the Kingdom of Kaldarion and Olivia’s closeness to Jisha, one thing became clear—Glarvic had chosen Sylvia as his daughter’s teacher.

Well, considering his heated argument with Glarvic earlier, it wasn’t surprising that he didn’t want his daughter to be taught by the same teacher as his sister.

“Well, that’s his decision. Although it indirectly concerns me, I can’t be entirely blamed, right?” Nolan shrugged.

What interested him most was Olivia’s Arcanum Eyes. It was said that those eyes possessed terrifying destructive power.

Anyone who met her gaze would die, or any object would explode, as if unable to withstand it.

To be honest, Nolan wasn’t certain whether the Arcanum Eyes were truly that powerful.

If they were, he wanted to know whether his Eyes of Chaos could counter their destructive force.

After all, his Eyes of Chaos had reached perfection.

It could be said that no eyes in this world were more powerful than his Eyes of Chaos.

Boom!

An explosion echoed in the distance.

Nolan turned his gaze toward the battle between Sylvia and the White Dragon.

He climbed onto a rock, sat down, and pulled a snack from his pocket.

“I’m very curious to see what kind of surprise Sylvia will show next.”

Meanwhile, the battle between Sylvia and the White Dragon continued with unrelenting intensity.

The two collided, attacking each other with all their might.

Although Sylvia was a mage, her power was not limited to magic alone.

In fact, she was also highly skilled with a spear, even achieving feats that were astonishing compared to the spear experts of this continent.

When the White Dragon charged toward her, Sylvia showed no fear at all.

She leveled the spear in her right hand, releasing a powerful shockwave that slammed into the dragon.

Its massive body was hurled back two hundred meters, though it quickly regained its balance.

Roar!

The dragon’s roar shook the air and the ground beneath it. It opened its mouth, and a blue energy sphere formed between its jaws.

With a loud whoosh, the dragon hurled the energy sphere toward Sylvia.

The temperature of the surrounding air skyrocketed to thousands of degrees Celsius.

The air expanded, and the intense heat melted all the snow within an eight-hundred-meter radius.

Sylvia opened her left palm, then clenched it.

In an instant, a giant white hand appeared out of thin air and blocked the attack.

The next moment, the hand tightened its grip, crushing the energy sphere into nothingness.

The dragon was shocked, and its vigilance rose to its highest level.

It could sense that this opponent was no weak human like before but someone equal to—or even stronger than—itself.

Spreading its wings, the massive figure shot toward Sylvia at incredible speed.

Sylvia, however, was not intimidated. She charged forward as well, and the two collided once more.

“Hah…” Sharon exhaled deeply as she stared into the distance. “Where did Nolan go? Is he okay?”

It had been an hour since her brother left, yet there was no sign of him returning.

As his sister, she couldn’t help but worry that something bad might have happened to him.

“Are you worried about Prince Nolan, Princess Sharon?”

Cassiopeia’s voice came from behind her.

Sharon turned around and nodded slightly.

“Yeah, Cassiopeia. I’m really worried about him,” she admitted honestly.

Cassiopeia stepped beside her and reassured her, “It’s okay. Prince Nolan is very smart and strong. I’m sure he won’t run into any trouble. Besides, he has the magic stone I gave him, so he’ll definitely be safe.”

Nolan’s strength had been evident when he fought the Undead Levi earlier. Even now, Cassiopeia was still amazed by his power.

Because of that, she was confident that Nolan would be fine.

Hearing her words, Sharon felt they made sense, and her worries gradually eased.

Suddenly, the ground beneath them shook, as if a massive earthquake were happening.

The two exchanged glances, caution clear on their faces.

“Do you feel it?” Sharon asked.

Cassiopeia nodded heavily. “Yes. I feel it. It seems there’s a fierce battle not far from here…”
