Chapter 288: 288 – The Wang family doesn’t forgive!
Young Master Wang’s heart raced the moment his eyes fell on those beauties.
He looked at the instructor next to him, who had the same reaction, almost drooling at such gorgeousness.
Young Master Wang closed his eyes, calmed his breathing and took a step forward. “I’m-”
“A fucking cuckold begging to be beaten.” Qingyi’s cold voice echoed in an angry growl, snapping everyone out of their stupor.
“How dare you? Do you know who you’re talking to?” The instructor stepped forward, unleashing his powerful aura of the enlightened soul realm on Qingyi.
He only used 10% of his power, but that should have been more than enough to crush any Transcendence Realm cultivator.
Even so, Qingyi didn’t shudder or take a single step back.
“Ah…” the handsome young man sighed, shaking his head and approaching Young Master Wang, standing face to face. “You’d better ask your puppy to be quiet, his voice is bothering my women.”
The difference in cultivation was absurd, Qingyi knew that. Even with his lineage, it would be impossible to overcome such a difference in power.
A single slip and he would be dead.
Even so, Qingyi didn’t shrink back. His eyes leveled with those of young master Wang, ready to test the true limits of his law.
If it could burn even the lightning of the heavenly tribulation, why couldn’t it deal with some random asshole?
“Blow his balls off, hubby!” Ruyan shouted excitedly, her eyes sparkling as she trembled with excitement.
“No, cut them off first, then you’ll blow them off!” Isabel replied from the other side, her eyes filled with the same sparkle as the two embraced.
Young Master Wang was about to speak, but when he heard those words, he choked.
He coughed before casting a strange glance at the women, struggling to display the most seductive smile he could muster.
Unfortunately, that smile only provoked reactions of disgust among Qingyi’s women. Their beautiful faces contorted, as if they were about to vomit.
That reaction caused even more strangeness in young master Wang, his heart filled with confused feelings.
In his entire life, there had never been a single woman who didn’t fall for that smile, who didn’t throw herself into his arms.
What the hell was wrong with these women?
The strangeness in his heart turned to jealousy, and this jealousy soon turned to fury.
“I am Wang Haoran,” he gritted his teeth, “Son of Wang Jiantian, the next true immortal to be born in this realm. I will not accept such disrespect!” He roared, his aura exploding over Qingyi, carefully avoiding touching the women.
He wanted them and obviously wouldn’t hurt them.
Qingyi brought his hands to the Heaven-Defying Thunder Sword, only his bloodline keeping him standing under the frightening pressure, his feet sinking into the ground.
The moment the gray spots of flame began to appear on his fingers, sliding down the silver-purple blade of his sword, the pressure ceased.
Qingyi saw Wang Haoran turn pale and his knees buckle.
An even deeper and more powerful aura descended on everyone there, causing even Qingyi, who was not the target of this aura, to break out in a cold sweat.
A true immortal.
“You dare get involved in my family’s affairs? Should I remind you who gave you permission to operate in our city?”
“And I should remind you that this establishment is a subsidiary of the Five Colors Pavilion. You can send your complaints to the main branch in the Enlightened Imperial Capital.” A voice echoed, masculine, soft and aged.
“Resolve your problems with the esteemed customers peacefully or leave.”
The next moment, Haoran lowered his head, clenching his teeth so hard that his gums bled.
His family was powerful, but in front of the Five Colors Pavilion, even experts at the peak of the False Immortal realm like his father were like flies.
Haoran opened his mouth, his eyes bloodshot. “You won’t stay in here forever. The Wang family doesn’t forgive!”
Without even giving Qingyi time to reply, Haoran turned around.
Qingyi just shook his head, turning his attention to his wives, focusing on Isabel and Ruyan.
The two whispered something before Isabel pointed six fingers in the direction of Haoran, his instructor and the four guards. Six small pulses of greenish mana flowed towards their backs.
None of them had had any real contact with mana in their lives, making it extremely difficult to perceive the attack as they stormed out of the establishment.
They barely made it a hundred steps before coming to a standstill. Their faces paled as they looked down, an intense pain spreading through their groins, causing them to fall to the ground, holding up their pants and screaming in agony.
Qingyi shuddered as he heard the heartbreaking screams in the distance, suppressed giggles echoing between Isabel and Ruyan.
“You girls…” He approached, slapping each of them on the ass before hugging them. “What are you up to?”
“Testicular torsion, hehehe, it’s a non-lethal spell my mother taught me.” Isabel spoke, her beautiful face filled with a mischievous expression.
“Testicular torsion?” Qingyi asked, retrieving that term from his mind before shuddering even more.
‘Young master Wang, may the heavens have mercy on you and your men… you’ll need it…’ Qingyi said a silent prayer. He almost felt sorry. Almost.
“Dear customers.” An aged voice echoed and soon after, a figure descended from the second floor.
It was an old man, his body covered in a simple gray cloak, a sword strapped to his waist.
“Greetings, senior. Forgive us for causing you trouble,” Qingyi bowed respectfully, drawing a chuckle from the old man.
“Don’t worry, young man. It’s our duty to protect our customers.” The old man shook his head, turning his face to the attendants.
“Put this young man’s purchases on my account, for the inconvenience you’ve suffered.”
“Yes, Master Tianxu!” The attendants bowed, organizing Qingyi’s purchases before handing them over to him.
The handsome young man took the purchases before casting a puzzled glance at the old man.
He understood the protection offered, it was only natural that such a powerful establishment would value its customers above some random local noble family.
But paying for his purchases simply didn’t make sense.
