The Archangel of Death - Chapter 211
211: Gabriel (2) 211: Gabriel (2) Chapter 211 “Come on Aliya!
We’re going to be late,” Gabriel called out to her sister who was still getting ready.
“Coming,” Aliya said as she came to the garage but then stopped in her tracks when she saw the car Gabriel was in.
“Again?” Aliya asked.
“Yep,” Gabriel replied.
“I don’t like this car,” Aliya said.
“I do,” Gabriel said.
“Can’t we take another one?
What about the Lambo?” Aliya suggested.
“Nope,” Gabriel said, not giving in.
The car Gabriel was in was old but it was their father’s most dear car.
The old Impala had its own charm but that wasn’t the reason Aliya didn’t like that car.
It was because of what was inside the trunk of that car that she didn’t like it.
“If the cops stop me, I will be saying I’m adopted,” Aliya said and got in the car.
“Sure,” Gabriel replied with a smile but both of them knew that no cop was stupid enough to stop them.
They made their way to the school and the day continued.
The second day wasn’t much different from the first one but today, everyone stayed away from Gabriel.
Not because they were afraid of him but because they were afraid of being recognized as his friends by some people.
Gabriel had injured the brother of a champion yesterday, there was no chance he would be surviving today.
And the last thing they wanted was to be known as his acquaintance.
The classes ended and Gabriel was excused from his extracurricular activities.
Gabriel was once again sitting in his car and waiting for his sister.
She came after a while and they both left for their home.
“What did you do?” Aliya asked.
“What do you mean?” Gabriel asked.
“Why was a girl in my class advising me against going home with you?” Aliya asked.
“No idea,” Gabriel said before he stopped the car and said, “Or it might be because of them.” On the street, there were eight men, full-grown men, who were standing, looking at the car menacingly.
“What’s going on Gabriel?” Aliya once again asked.
“Don’t know.” Gabriel replied as he came out of the car and asked, “Can I help you guys?” “Are the fu*ker who injured my brother?” The buff man in the middle asked.
He was like a bull who was ready to charge at Gabriel at a moment’s notice.
Gabriel looked at the man for a few seconds before he asked, “Which one?” “You fu*k!” The bull exclaimed and directed his men to attack but before they could move, Gabriel spoke, “I will give you the same warning I gave to your brother.
I have nothing against you so if you were to let this go, I will let this go.
You don’t, and you get hurt, a lot.” “What nonsense!” One of them said.
“So that’s a no,” Gabriel said as he nonchalantly moved to the back of the car and opened the trunk.
“What are you doing?
Go get him!” The bull exclaimed and the rest of the men charged at Gabriel only to freeze in their tracks when Gabriel closed the trunk.
In Gabriel’s hands was an automatic rifle, M4A1 carbine with a silencer.
Gabriel finished loading it and moved to the front of the car.
The men retreated when they saw the rifle.
“What?
Where’s your ferociousness now?” Gabriel asked.
No one replied.
Even the bull was now regretting doing anything without proper research.
“Look,” one of the men said, “We were just trying to threaten you a bit.
It was you who excessively harmed a member of our club first.” “So it’s my fault then?” Gabriel asked, placing the rifle on his shoulder.
“That’s not what I’m saying.
Let us just forget about everything.
And you don’t harm another one of us again.” The same man said, trying to diffuse the situation.
“Naw.
I don’t like that,” Gabriel said.
“Someone will have to pay.” “Look, no need to get the situation out of hand,” The same man said.
“That’s enough, Gabriel.
Come in.” Aliya came out of the car and asked Gabriel to end the situation.
“Sure,” Gabriel said, turning around.
Just then, the bull shouted, “NOW!” “NO!” The man who had been trying to diffuse the situation said but it was already too late.
All of the men had shot at Gabriel along with the bull.
However, they were once again frozen in tracks when the bull was shot in the leg and fell down.
They didn’t even hear the gunshot when the bull went down, with a bullet in his leg.
Gabriel wasn’t done yet, Gabriel shot the bull once again in the leg and before long, he opened fire on all of them, shooting all of them in the leg.
Some tried to run but none of them escaped the gunshots.
Once they were all done in the legs, Gabriel changed the gun clip, and once again began to shoot in their arms.
Once he was done he turned to the man who had tried to diffuse the situation.
He stood stunned because everything had happened in less than a minute, so fast that he couldn’t even process it.
“Now they will rest in a bed for about four months, nor will they be able to walk, nor will they be able to use their arms.
You can tell them whose fault it was.” Gabriel said before getting in the car.
Aliya didn’t say a word the whole rise but when they were about to reach the house, Gabriel commented, “At least I didn’t kill them.” Aliya gave him a stink eye for a second but remained quiet, angry at him.
Gabriel sighed and parked the car.
******* The next day, Gabriel waited for Aliya in the car.
Aliya came out to see the car and seeing that it wasn’t the one she hated, she smiled a bit and got in the car.
She didn’t say anything nor did Gabriel, but they quietly made their way to the school.
The day continued that day without much incident.
The incident from yesterday was spread throughout the school.
Even the kid who was first injured by Gabriel had transferred school overnight.
That was enough of a sign for others to know that Gabriel was dangerous.
Of course, the class he was in didn’t target him again.
But the same couldn’t be said for Aliya.
When she came to sit in the car that day after school, a smell that was very subtle made its way into his nostrils.
He looked at her, and she looked at him.
“What?
She asked.
“Nothing,” She wasn’t telling him anything so he remained quiet.
That wasn’t the only incident.
Aliya would come every day, with some spots on her clothes or some other things that Gabriel didn’t miss no matter how hard she tried to hide them.
The next day, Gabriel made his way to Aliya’s class during the break.
She was sitting alone in her seat, busy with work.
Gabriel saw a group of girls sneering at her from the corner of his eyes.
A glint passed through Gabriel’s eyes as he heard the vulgar titles they had used to call her sister.
He was about to move in their direction when Aliya said, “Gabriel.” Gabriel looked at her and she said, “Don’t.” Gabriel kept staring at her for a while and she did the same.
After a few moments, he broke the eye contact and returned to his class.
That day, Aliya returned a lot sooner than the end of the curriculum activities.
Her hair was wet, and so were her clothes.
Gabriel didn’t say anything, he just inhaled deeply before he got out of the car.
“Gabriel, stop!” Aliya called out from behind but Gabriel didn’t stop.
He made his way into the building, and to the club room that his sister sister’s supposed joined club was in.
He barged in without care and saw the same group of girls practicing cheerleading.
The coach, also a woman wasn’t so pleased that Gabriel had barged in like that.
“Who are you and what are you doing?!” She yelled at Gabriel.
Gabriel looked at her, a murderous glint in his eyes that made the coach freeze.
Gabriel stepped forward to her and asked, “Who bullied my sister?” The coach didn’t reply.
She was too scared to even utter a word of mercy let alone compile a sentence for an explanation.
“Watch out, pretty boy,” A blonde girl said while chewing gum.
Gabriel looked at her and was about to step forward when he was stopped by Aliya who said, “Enough.” Gabriel looked at her and then at the snickering girls.
He then decided to heed Aliya’s words and decided to leave.
“Wait for me tomorrow, bit*h.” The blonde-haired girl said that made Gabriel stop in his tracks.
He turned to look at the girl, his bloodlust threatening to take over the girl’s mind.
“Ahhh!!!” the girl screamed and fell on her bottom.
Not only that, she was very quick to wet her pants.
No one could tell what had happened.
The girl suddenly fell and began to wet herself.
“Gabriel,” Aliya quietly said and Gabriel turned around once again and left with Aliya.
However, he knew the incident was far from over and he was made aware of that once again when the next day, a group of boys from the senior years barged into the classroom with a variety of blunt weapons in their hands.
