210: Gabriel (1) 210: Gabriel (1) Chapter 210 “Do we have to take this car?” A girl of about seventeen asked.

She had black hair and dark eyes.

Her skin color was pale and rosy.

“Why do we not?” A boy with dark hair, similar age also asked.

As for the boy, he was slightly pale but not to the point he would match a vampire.

“It’s Dad’s car,” The girl replied.

“And he’s going to kill me for that?” The boy asked.

“No.

But you know what’s inside of it, right?” The girl asked.

“I know.

I’m his son.” The boy replied before he climbed into the car.

The girl was reluctant but eventually caved in.

She also got in the passenger seat.

The boy started the engine and the sedan Audi car made its way on the road, stopping only after a half hour in front of a building.

“You nervous?” The girl asked.

“Why would I be?” The boy asked.

“New school,” The girl obviously replied.

“Right.

And what does that have to do with me being nervous?” The boy asked.

“You know how kids are, right?” The girl asked.

“I know.

They’re kids.

In other words, bullies.

What about it?” The boy asked.

“No.

They are kids.” The girl said.

“I’m not a monster you know.

I won’t kill anyone just because of a few pranks.” The boy replied while rolling his eyes.

“Tell that to the kid whose half a jaw is missing and his testicles are no more.

Apparently, a crow took them,” The girl said.

“I really saw a crow.

It came in, swooped at the guy, bit his testicles off, and flew away.” The boy replied.

The girl looked at the boy, her gaze straight.

“Fine.

I won’t do anything.” The boy replied before he added, “Unless they make me.” The girl stopped but the boy didn’t.

the girl looked at him with a complicated gaze before she also followed him in.

They were registered in the new school and were taken to their new classes.

They were both in different classes so they bid each other goodbye and made it to their respective classrooms.

“Introduce yourself,” The teacher of the class said to the boy.

“Hello, everyone.

I’m Gabriel.

Wish I could say it is nice to meet you,” The boy named Gabriel introduced himself.

The boys of the class already hated him given his good looks and how every girl in the class was fawning over him.

But when he introduced himself like that, even the girls were a little awkward.

“Ta-Take your seat.” The teacher awkwardly said and the class began.

Break time came but no one approached Gabriel because he didn’t want them to.

He buried his head in the desk and began to snore.

However, some guys weren’t happy with his behavior and one of them, a weaker one tried to who the new kid who the boss was even though he was on the low side of the rankings in the class.

“Hey!

Get up!” The boy kicked the table’s leg and also pushed Gabriel lightly.

Gabriel raised his head and looked at him.

He just kept looking at the kid before he said, “I will take it as you’re confused.

Leave before you get hurt.” A few girls snickered even though it wasn’t actually an insult.

Still, to him, who was the weakest on the food chain, Gabriel was the only prey he could feast on and his behavior was an insult to him.

“You fu–” the boy was about to yell when he heard Gabriel say, “Oi.

You only have one life.

Don’t waste it.” The boy backed off instinctively when he saw the deep eyes of Gabriel.

His body moved on its own as if trying to protect himself.

But the rest of the class didn’t see that.

all they saw was the boy jumping back just from a few words.

That was the sign of a wimp in their books.

A few girls even scoffed and called him just that, “What a wimp.” The boy heard that.

it should have made him angry but it didn’t.

He didn’t care.

His body was still trembling.

He hurriedly retreated and went away.

Many thought he was scared but a guy in the back of the room saw the thing entirely differently.

The boy was weak but not so much that his entire body would tremble from just that.

Gabriel buried his head back in the desk and went to sleep.

The incident was soon forgotten and the break ended.

After the classes, it was the turn of the extracurricular activities.

“Why?” Gabriel asked.

“Why what?” The teacher asked.

“Why am I enrolled in advanced jiujutsu?” Gabriel asked.

“In this school, extracurricular activities are important.

You are enrolled in this at random.

You can change to another club tomorrow if you want.

I heard there was an opening in one of the girl’s band.” The teacher informed Gabriel and joked.

Gabriel chuckled and said, “Wow.

It’s so funny how you’re not funny at all.” “What?” The teacher frowned.

“I said, You.

are.

not.

funny.

at.

all.” Gabriel repeated word by word.

“Are you out of your mind?” The teacher threateningly asked.

“I take it you didn’t brush this morning,” Gabriel said, backing off slightly.

“Watch out in the class,” The teacher said with an ugly expression before he stepped back.

“I wash it very carefully,” Gabriel replied.

An imaginary line appeared on the teacher’s face but he did nothing.

The class began and the teacher announced, “Today we will do friendly spars.

Any volunteers?” No one raised their hands so the teacher pointed at a student and said, “Pearson!

On your feet!” A buff guy who was also very tall stood up.

The teacher looked at him with a smile before he turned to the new student and said, “Smith!

Why don’t you show us what you’ve got?” Even an idiot could tell what the teacher was trying to do and Gabriel, who was incredibly smart, could only chuckle in response but he still stood up.

He stood up and said to the teacher, “Nice one.” Gabriel then made his way to the mats that also worked as an arena and addressed the other guy, “Look.

He’s trying to rope you into his personal vendetta.

I have nothing against you so if you surrender now, I won’t hurt you.” The buff student looked at Gabriel for a moment before he burst into laughter.

He wasn’t alone.

Almost everyone began to laugh and Gabriel just kept watching them, quietly.

Waiting for them to be finished.

“You’re quite the jokester.

Do you know who I am?” The buff student asked.

“I have a hunch you’re still gonna tell me no matter what I say,” Gabriel remarked.

“I’m the champion of this club.

Three times regional winner.” The buff student threateningly replied.

“I knew it.

Anyway, my offer remains the same.

Up to you to take it or not,” Gabriel said.

The buff kid didn’t reply and got into a stance.

Gabriel eyed his stance and had to admit that it was a good stance.

Not solid, but still good enough for a kid who was taught in a school gymnasium.

However, he had one weakness.

A great one.

A weakness usually every buff and big fighter had.

Some recognized that weakness and worked on that.

However, the student before Gabriel wasn’t one of those.

Seeing that Gabriel still wasn’t in a stance, the buff student ran in his direction.

Gabriel calmly moved to the side and when the buff student passed Gabriel, he struck his leg, hard.

The student fell to the ground.

his calf hurt, badly.

Before he could compose himself, another kick to his calf, the same one, came and injured him further.

“Ahhh!!!” The student screamed while Gabriel snickered.

The teacher was about to act before Gabriel hurriedly struck the other leg of the student as well, making him scream in more pain.

“Enough!” The teacher yelled as he took furious steps in Gabriel’s direction.

“What?

He hasn’t surrendered yet.” Gabriel said with a smirk.

“This is not Jiujutsu.” The teacher said, referring to Gabriel’s moves.

“And did you know that before you pitted me against a champion?

What if I had been injured?” Gabriel asked.

“You!!!” The teacher furiously exclaimed but held himself back.

If he were to attack a student, this would be a different matter.

“Watch yourself,” The teacher made one last step before he helped the fallen kid and with the help of two more, carried him to the infirmary.

Gabriel showed no remorse on his face as he saw them leaving.

“Class is over!” While leaving, the teacher yelled.

The other students looked at each other and then at Gabriel who didn’t have any apparent expression on his face.

They murmured between themselves but no one said anything to Gabriel.

Gabriel left under everyone’s stare to change and leave the place.

His day had ended but the girl who came with him in the morning wasn’t free yet so he just sat in his car, looking at particularly nothing.
