181: Hell 181: Hell Chapter 181 Putting aside the name of the title that felt incredibly insulting, maybe because it had an element of truth in it, the effect of the title was amazing.

More than amazing in fact.

I had to expend about half my concentration to make sure that death and life don’t collide with each other, wreaking havoc inside of me.

Even in the later stages, when death increased by too much, I had to rely on Allison to keep the element of death tamed and contained.

But now, I don’t have to do that thanks to this title.

Although according to the title, I needed harmony between the elements, even at the harmonization of the elements, I would have had to keep them in check before but not anymore.

As long as I can keep the difference between the elements as little as I can, I wouldn’t have to keep them in check personally.

I sighed in relief and stood up.

Now wasn’t the time to rest and marvel at the rewards of the system.

Now was the time to kill and destroy.

I equipped a new suit while discarding the previous one or what was remaining of it.

I fixed my bowtie and addressed the person who had been quiet for a long time.

Probably because she was embarrassed.

[I’m not embarrassed] ‘You’re not?

Then I must have been mistaken.’ It was wise to end a debate with a woman.

Even with my intellect, I was never going to win.

[I didn’t expect you to survive] ‘You should know by now that I don’t take unnecessary risks.’ Everything I do, I do with a plan, there was always a factor of risks in my plans but also the factor of insurance to increase my chances of survival.

Of course, Allison couldn’t be blamed for her lack of knowledge about me.

She didn’t know about me that well as she and I had been together not for long after all.

I had never revealed many of my emotions in front of her nor had I revealed the full extent of my capabilities to her.

‘Anyways, we can talk about this later.

Tell me the situation first.’ I asked her since I was focused on enduring the pain so I didn’t know how far the evacuation had processed.

[The evacuation is done] [Sirius and Rafael helped greatly] [The red light area of the city is blocked off] [The only people present are the gang members] I nodded and opened my skill window.

I didn’t want to just kill the animals down there.

The payment received was to make them feel pain for the rest of their lives.

That wasn’t possible if they died.

[Soul entrapment] The skill that could trap the soul of a person in their every pore, making it impossible for the person to die.

Of course, the cost of this thing was ginormous too but I had a power now with which, I could easily use this skill and still have a lot of it to spare.

[SP 210210] I nodded with triumph and addressed Allison, ‘Please begin.’ [Using skill ‘Soul entrapment’ on 1037 individuals] [The price set for the skill is SP] [-104 SP] Damn… That took a lot.

But that wasn’t the end of it, there was still an additional requirement for this skill to activate as I felt the soul power inside of me traveling to my throat.

“Kuhum.” I let out a cough to clear my throat and then simply yelled.

A roar emitted from my mouth instead of a yell and shook my surroundings.

Not just my surroundings, but everyone in the city must have heard it.

But alas, only those this skill was intended for could hear it.

So although there was Sairal down on the mountain, he would have felt the power of soul but not heard the roar.

[‘Soul entrapment’ has been activated] [To maintain soul entrapment, 104 SP will be used every thirty days] [In case of insufficient SP, ‘Soul entrapment’ will be lifted after a 10-second warning] That was a bummer.

My soul power was already limited and now almost half of it will be used to keep it maintained every month.

But, I guessed that was a reasonable price for the misery of more than a thousand people.

[Name: Adrian Von Deus Lux LV: 316 [EXP 527,6002,600,000] Age: 17 Race: Human HP: 28102810 MP: 42804280 STR: 635 AGI: 630 END: 1130 PER: 460 INT: 773 CHR: 1150 LUCK: 380 AP: 200] I whistled seeing the status of mine.

That was something.

And I wasn’t even done.

There was still the last step of the penta enhancement array left, the final step that would make me strong on a whole other level.

But that was for later.

For now, let’s just jump.

***** It was a night of happiness for many on the streets.

The houses were empty, and the houses of the big and rich were also empty.

Of course, some couldn’t be breached because of securities around the houses even in the absence of people.

But there were many who couldn’t afford such a system.

Everyone left in quite a hurry when an unknown power began to flow throughout the Bellator, making everyone worried.

So everyone just left when an evacuation order was issued.

Naturally, not everyone could take the precious things with them, leaving them for the fine folks to make a day who were currently looting a house.

“Can’t days like this come more often?” A gang member said while exiting a house they had just looted.

His companion, on the other hand, didn’t look so excited.

Although it was a blessing to find this many things without doing anything, but he couldn’t shake off the feeling that whatever happened earlier was dangerous for them too.

“But what if what happened earlier wasn’t a good thing?

Shouldn’t we be leaving this place too?” The other gang member raised his point.

“Stop being such a wuss.

It was probably someone just trying to create panic.

I wouldn’t miss the fact that this was done by those noble families who wanted something in the academy.

This must have been the easiest way.

They’re just looting like we are, the only difference is, those lucky bastards are making a killing of their own.” The other one dismissed the worries of his companion while they made their way to the next house.

“I suppose so.” The other gang member found the explanation somewhat plausible so he just chose to agree with the first gang member.

The first one just laughed while checking his loot and couldn’t help but exclaim loudly when a mana crystal emerged from his loot.

“Woohoo!

What a killer.” He exclaimed in glee but before the other one could join in, something crashed on the road behind them.

When they turned to look at what it was, a white-haired boy emerged from the dust cloud and said with a smile, “A killer indeed.” “Wha—” Before the both gangsters could reply, a sword appeared in the young man’s hand out of nowhere and they heard two words that they couldn’t quite hear when their view distorted and divided into many pieces.

Their bodies were cut, not in half, not in three pieces, not even in four but hundreds and thousands of pieces.

Their eyes were divided into several parts, that was how many pieces their bodies had been cut.

Their innards were split into thousands, their flesh, their parts, everything about them was split into thousands and then, the most terrifying part came.

Pain.

Pain that shouldn’t have come.

Because how was it possible?

Wouldn’t a person die if they were cut into so many pieces?

Then how were they still alive?

How were they not dead?

How was their only pain?

It didn’t make sense.

None of it did.

But none of that mattered because the current pain they were going through made everything irrelevant.

It was the same pain of cutting apart.

Everything they felt came from every single pore of their body.

They were experiencing the pain of death every second and they couldn’t tolerate it.

However, there was no other choice but to just feel it.

What else could they do anyway?

As for the white-haired man, he nonchalantly walked up to the pieces of flesh and stepped on one of them, increasing the pain of the person.

However, the flesh was splattered, but it wasn’t destroyed.

It soon came back to the state it was before, the piece of the flesh slowly merged.

The white-haired man impressively raised an eyebrow as he said, “So the requirement to cut them up is soul power, huh.” He then addressed the two men going through pain and said, “I don’t know if you can hear me or not through all that pain, but I still want to say these words to you.” He then knelt down and said with a charming and most beautiful smile, “Welcome to hell.” CREATORS’ THOUGHTS Bad_Wolf_7811 Creation is hard, cheer me up!
