- Chapter 472 - 472 Finding Aris
472: Finding Aris 472: Finding Aris [You have gained 100 EXP] x10 The notification came in, meaning Silva had fully killed the demigod.
What he didn’t like was the measly EXP that he got from it; he would need more for him to level up.
“Why the hell is their EXP so low?
I would expect-” “I would have expected demigods to give more EXP,” Silva said, then looked up at the remaining demigods surrounding him.
The shock on their faces was undeniable.
After watching him take down one of their own, they stared at him with a mix of disbelief, rage, and pure confusion.
Silva didn’t even have one circle.
They all had two.
Even if they had used different methods to obtain their circles-and even if some methods had damaged their foundations-it still shouldn’t have been possible for someone like him to defeat one of them so easily.
Silva spoke again, voice calm and almost bored.
“I gave you all a warning.
I begged you to step aside.
But it seems a fight is what you want.
And since that’s the case… then come at me.” A smile spread across his face.
They looked at him.
Deep inside, a part of their souls screamed at them to back away-to leave things as they were.
But the ego of a demigod was far too great.
They couldn’t let him walk away after humiliating them in front of each other.
They had to take action.
All six of them spread out, surrounding him from every side, preparing to attack.
Silva didn’t bother fighting them one by one.
He summoned six clones.
Each clone appeared wielding a sword, a soft smile on its face.
“I told you I would kill you if I wanted to,” Silva said.
The clones vanished.
Before any of the demigods could react, blades pierced their necks, severing their heads in one clean motion.
They didn’t even get the chance to scream.
“It’s that easy,” Silva said as their heads fell, splashing into the water below.
Their bodies followed a moment later.
[Level up] [Level up] [8 free stat points] x10 [Reward:Divine Dungeon Key] Silva looked at the screen without emotion.
The demigods, despite their strength, were barely anything for him to take down.
‘Tsk, and they wanted to hunt me down, when they can barely keep themselves alive,” he said with a chuckle.
He unsummoned his clones and flew back down to the island where the others had been waiting for him.
“Master,” Drake spoke as soon as he saw him, “we watched from down here.
Are you alright?” he asked with genuine concern.
“If you saw me there, then for sure you would have known I’m okay,” Silva responded with a smile.
“Those beings you took down, who exactly were they?” Lily asked.
“Demigods, the Arcane Council from this planet,” Raze stated.
He looked at the sea where their bodies had fallen.
“But they died all too fast,” Silva said.
“Do you possibly believe that they didn’t really die?” Lily asked.
“Hmmm, possible.
It might be that they tricked me.
Regardless, we are done here.
We’ll be leaving the planet,” Silva said.
“Hmmm?
Just like that?” Dawn asked.
“I finally got to become a hunter here and started training again.
I am heavily behind at everything, and I want to get stronger.
We can’t just leave again to somewhere we don’t know,” she said.
“We have to, Dawn.
I understand how you feel,” Silva said and approached her.
He placed his hand under her cheek, and her head leaned into it softly like a baby that just found her soft place of rest.
“I understand that you want to keep up with me and the rest, and that’s why I brought you along and not the others.
You were my first contract and also one of the closest people to me.
I want what’s best for you, Dawn, forever and ever, right from before and now, and I promise I’ll help you get stronger the moment we finally find a place to be,” Silva said.
Her eyes shined slightly as she heard what Silva said.
She bowed her head slightly.
“Fine, but it has to be quick,” she demanded.
“Of course, definitely,” Silva replied.
“So how are we planning to leave?” Drake asked.
“Hmmm, I think there is someone we need to see before we start heading out-a navigator in a way, Aris,” Silva stated.
“The demigod?
What do you need him for?” Drake asked.
“Beyond the fact that he is the only one that we know, I just want to,” Silva said.
[…..] Returning back to where Huey had picked the ship before, Silva landed on the rubble of the warehouse that they had once taken the ship from.
“Honestly, why did we run so fast last time?” Drake asked as they landed.
“Because I didn’t know this planet was a scam run by con artists.
I thought it was an actually good place.
Didn’t know Ophelia threw me into a shot hole.
Speaking of Ophelia, I wonder what she is up to.
Hopefully Order hasn’t completely captured her and locked her up.” As soon as the ship touched down and they walked out of it, they saw Aris standing there and looking at them.
“Seems you noticed our return,” Silva said.
“Yeah, the moment you flew into range I sensed you, and so why have you returned here?” Aris asked.
“Because I want to have a talk with you about some things,” Silva said.
“What could that possibly be?” Aris asked, folding his hands.
“You didn’t tell me that this planet was literally the butt of the Lumis region,” Silva said.
Aris raised an eyebrow.
“Ohhh, I see that you have gathered some useful information,” he replied.
“Hmm, from that reply, I guess you knew, but didn’t want to tell me,” Silva said.
“Well, I am a demiggod.
For sure I would know about what’s beyond here.
As for the reason I didn’t tell you, that’s because Ophelia asked for me not to tell you.
All of it was her wish, so hold her responsible for it.” Silva had a look of confusion when he heard that, he looked at Aris, “what do you mean that Ophelia told you not to tell me?
Whybwouie she do that?” Silva asked.
“She has been your goddess, you know her the most, j only started working for her of recent years because she had helped me a lot.
One thing is for sure, she does a lot of things that no one understands’
