Chapter 966: Elyria’s Spiral ( 966 )
Now Father has become king of Armand; the ceremony concluded without a hitch. Heh.

Javier glances around, eyes scanning the hall for any sign of Liana or Gloria.

Hmm? Where are they?

I don’t see them anywhere, not by the main table, not among the household staff, not even clustered with the other noble families.

Where the hell did they go?

Don’t tell me they’re both being courted by men in this hall?

No way. Those two are mine. Nobody better get any ideas just because it’s a celebration.

He looks at his father, who’s still standing in front of his throne.

Ugh. How long is he going to take? Start the feast already so I can find my two special girls.

He keeps standing behind his family and notices all the mana cams shift focus toward the empty performance area at the front of the throne hall.

Hmmm? Since when was this on the schedule? Are they seriously broadcasting the performances live too?

Garius claps twice, sharp and commanding. Erinnette, already in position, touches her mana talkie, signaling the start of something Javier hadn’t been told about.

Javier’s eyes narrowed, watching as several young women in stunning, flowing dresses glided out onto the performer’s platform with practiced grace.

Javier’s eyes narrow.

Don’t tell me… Someone really set up a surprise event right after the coronation, with a live audience across all of Armand and Arjam?

He scanned all the girls lined up there.

Isn’t that Meira and Zania? Cedric’s maid and soon-to-be wife? And that mother-daughter pair, Harny and Lithia, Marcellus’s personal maids and soon-to-be wives?

What’s happening? Javier narrows his eyes.

And isn’t that Princess Kliatana? Oi oi…this can’t be serious.

He notices Athine slowly moving toward the center of the stage, while Aelius already looks dreamy but calm.

And Javier notices.

Liana… and Gloria…

Both were wearing beautiful silk flowing dresses.

Joining the stage.

Javier’s eyes widened, unable to look away from Liana and Gloria in their flowing dresses. The stage lights and illusionary petals made everything seem otherworldly, like a scene from a storybook.

He caught a glimpse of his siblings, all just as stunned.

The dancers joined hands briefly, their touch light and elegant, releasing just as the music started. The polished floor shimmered beneath illusionary petals, each one catching a soft mana glow from above.

They stepped forward together, their movements smooth and in sync. Flowing silk followed each step, gliding just above the polished floor. Illusionary petals drifted down from above, catching the faint glow of the mana lights.

Liana, Gloria, Athine, Meira, Zania, Harny, Lithia, Kliatana, every girl moved with quiet, natural grace, their silk skirts trailing just above the floor. Their formation shifted seamlessly, everyone perfectly in sync. Hands rose and fell in time with the music, arms describing wide, gentle arcs that drew the audience in.

When the rhythm deepened, they spun, arms raised, ribbons twisting in the air around them. The Veil Sequence began. One by one, each dancer turned slowly in place, long sleeves sweeping wide like petals caught in a breeze. Not a single step broke rhythm. Not a single eye looked down.

Their timing was flawless, the pattern natural, as if they had always been dancing together. With each rise and fall of the melody, the girls wove in and out, circling, creating waves of silk and color on the floor.

The brothers, Marcellus, Cedric, Javier, Heres, and Aelius were frozen, eyes locked on the stage. Each was lost in the sight of their own partner moving with such elegance. Even stoic Heres was wide-eyed, unable to hide his surprise.

Fransesca, Garcinia, and Phenelopie exchanged knowing glances, watching their sons’ reactions with pride.

Fransesca chuckled quietly, her eyes soft with nostalgia. “It seems all those nights of training paid off. While the boys slept, I took the girls aside and taught them every step of this.”

She leaned closer to Garius, lips barely brushing his ear. “Do you remember this dance?”

Garius grinned, keeping his voice low. “Your Elyria’s Spiral Love Dance, right?”

She gave a playful nod. “The same one that sealed your heart for good.”

He squeezed her hand gently and whispered back, “And now you’ve taught it to them all, haven’t you?”

“Of course.” Fransesca’s smile widened, her gaze drifting toward the stage. “So that our sons, yours, mine, even Garcinia’s and Phenelopie’s will always have this memory burned into their hearts. No matter how many women they meet, they’ll never forget who truly belongs by their side. Especially now, with all of them becoming princes.”

Fransesca grinned, nudging Garcinia gently. “Ah~ Sorry, Garcinia. Now your son will never be able to forget your daughter.”

Garcinia just laughed softly, her voice light with amusement. “Do you think we could ever stop Aelius from loving Athine? He’s already made her pregnant, and now he’s set on marrying her properly.”

Fransesca raised an eyebrow, teasing. “My my~ What a supportive mother~”

Garcinia smiled, content. “As long as they’re happy, I’m happy. Besides, our husband is the one who gave his blessing to them first. That’s what gave Aelius the courage to claim Athine openly as his future wife.”

Their eyes met in silent understanding, both sharing in the quiet joy of watching their children find happiness in their own ways.

Fransesca noticed the glimmer of tears on Phenelopie’s cheeks and leaned closer.

“Phenelopie?”

Phenelopie blinked, caught wiping her eyes. “Mm?”

Fransesca nudged her gently. “What’s with the tears?”

Phenelopie let out a trembling laugh, her voice thick with relief. “I… I’m just happy, Fransesca. You know how worried I was when Heres always clung to me. He never showed interest in any of the maids, or the staff, or even the girls at those arranged meetings. I worried he’d never find anyone.”

She looked out at Heres, who was watching Kliatana with rare, open affection. “But now he’s completely smitten with that ex-princess. He’s already made her pregnant and he’s marrying her soon… I’m just so happy for him, truly.”

Fransesca smiled warmly, squeezing Phenelopie’s hand. “Yeah. You’ve done well, Phenelopie. Let him have his happiness.”

Garius, watching his family and children, could not hide the pride shining in his eyes.
