Chapter 465: Status
It took a few minutes but finally a message popped in front of him.

』
Vritra scanned the entire status panel with satisfaction, first he decided to spend those allocation points and as usual he allocated the points between agility and intelligence.
『

』
Vritra nodded in satisfaction, now it was just perfect to the very last bit.
He thought for a few moments and remembered his reward from the recent quest he had completed by clearing the Arthal plague rats.
The reward being Aurora of the Betrayed, which might give him clues about the first-ranked mythic halo.
Vritra decided to check it out later, he had spent too much time here already, and before the start of the game, he wanted to do a couple of things.
“Sigh, let’s go hubby, I want a good sleep,” Yasmine spoke, disappearing after a moment.
…
He left the dimensional book and reappeared in the hotel, where the two women had already woken up and were waiting for him after getting ready.
‘Oh, I spent more time than I intended to, but thankfully Null was quite useful,’ he thought, glancing outside at the bright sky.
“Ah, Master, you are finally done, it was almost time to start the game and I was afraid you might get late,” Maeve spoke, running up to him and hugging his arm.
“The game will have to stop a little, first I need to finish something. I will tell you about it soon,” Vritra said. After short talks, he teleported away.
But instead of returning to the city of charms, he appeared right above the hotel where Monk Shitless was staying.
As diligent as the monk was in committing evil, he got up early and was heading toward the arena while riding Bullo’s back.
Vritra flicked a finger and instantly, Bullo and Shitless were pulled up into the sky as they let out frightened screams.
“Stop.”
Only upon seeing him did the two calm down.
“Ah P-Pitiful one, it is you. Quite the way to wish good morning.” Shitless wiped the cold sweat off his forehead, still clinging to Bullo.
‘I remember him warning me not long ago, saying something like use time properly,’ Vritra thought, aware that his words weren’t always bullshit.
“Sir Shitless…” Vritra began, and the monk already knew Vritra wanted a favor of some sort.
“Focus and tell me, who in my family is in the biggest danger. If you do, I will let you spank Onest a hundred times,” Vritra promised with a solemn expression on his face.
“Really?!! Keke, that’s wonderful but… seeing that is not easy—” Shitless scratched his bald head and muttered.
“Do it or you might be the one getting those spanks from Onest,” Vritra warned. This matter was too urgent.
“F-Fine, I will try my best.” Shitless sighed, then closed his eyes as faint black tattoos surfaced over his head.
Vritra was surprised to see it and even felt a strange energy emanating from the monk.
‘I wonder how he got this ability,’ Vritra thought, waiting.
“Yeah, he is actually quite good at it, almost like the Oracle,” Yasmine spoke.
A few moments passed in silence, and finally, Shitless opened his eyes.
“Tell me, who among them all is in the gravest danger?” Vritra repeated hurriedly.
“Uhm… should you really be worrying about others? Anyway, it is her who sacrificed herself for you, someone you met a couple of minutes ago.
That’s all I found out,” Shitless said with a shrug of his shoulders.
“Fine, thank you. Your rewards will be given to you soon as I promised.” Vritra nodded.
The word sacrifice reminded him of the divine’s quest, which he was yet to complete.
‘From Shitless’s words, it could be one among Foxie or Yennefer,’ Vritra thought. But that didn’t mean she was the only one in the gravest danger.
Although not much, this info was still useful.
Then he flew toward the city of charms to check something and also to make the deliveries of the goods he just obtained.
Vritra’s natural speed had reached a point where covering a large distance felt almost like he had just teleported.
His speed had increased by a frightening degree. In a moment, he had already arrived outside the city of charms.
“Sigh, I can feel it, something big and dangerous is coming. The war is too close,” Vritra mumbled as he made his way into the city.
With his increased strength and better senses, it was as if he could almost sense the death looming over the continent.
