Chapter 437: Chapter 437 Carrier Ship Tour (5)
“I see that you went out for the two of us as well, Avery.”

Once she was satisfied with looking through Avery’s quarters, Kasandra had made her way over to her room through the adjoining doors.

The size of her living area and bedroom were only around two thirds the size of what Avery had and she did not have a personal kitchen, but her closet and bathroom were actually larger than his.

At her request, there was even a personal sauna installed for Kasandra to use whenever she wished.

She loved the feeling of being embraced by the hot steam, and the distinct smell of the stones and wood that she had chosen.

This was far beyond the luxuries that a typical ship would have. Especially when it was located in only one person’s room.

Along one of the walls in her living area was a cabinet meant to perfectly store different types of beverages.

Each compartment could be set to have different levels of temperature, humidity, and the composition of the air inside. Allowing for it to use settings to best preserve any type of drink.

Naturally, Kasandra was very taken with her room. Even saying something about possibly never leaving again because it was so comfortable.

“You know that there’s no food in here, right?” Avery said when she mentioned her fantasied, slothful existence with a content sigh.

“Oh, your right. I suppose that I’ll have to head over to your quarters whenever I’m hungry then. But other than that, I won’t be leaving.

While Kasandra was obviously joking, Avery could see that she was very taken with her room.

What she had on her own ship was nice, but it did not quite match up to the level of comforts that Avery had made sure she would have on the carrier vessel.

This was something Avery had made sure of, since he always wanted her to stay near him when possible. Now she would not have any reason to use the bedroom on her ship unless they were on an extended mission or in a volatile danger zone where they might need to deploy at any moment.

The sound of loud music caught both Avery and Kasandra when they were just finishing up touring her quarters.

“I guess that Jasmine found the sound system in her room.” Avery said, his lips twisting up into a wry smile.

He had followed Kasandra to her room since Jasmine had still been inspecting his quarters.

Evidently, she had moved on now and had found one of their very expensive amenities that she had asked for.

“Let’s go see what she’s up to. It sounds like she’s having Nianni give her a personal concert.”

Avery led Kasandra with him to Jasmine’s room, and they found her rocking out to one of Nianni’s more intense albums.

Except, the famous singer’s music was not just playing, it looked like Nianni was in the room with them.

This was thanks to the high-end holoprojector that came along with the sound system. It not only had tens of thousands of songs downloaded onto it but could project the accompanying artist or bands to make it feel almost like you were receiving a private concert.

There was even a function that let people join in, so they could sing a duet with their favorite artist or take the role of a member in a band.

It was a very high functioning entertainment system that had cost quite a bit of money. But for his wives, Avery had been willing to splurge a bit. Plus, since their rooms were connected, he figured that he would be able to sometimes use any of their amenities himself.

In her bathroom, she had a nice shower and large tub, but also a full body massager that was said to be able to eliminate the tension of even the most stressed individuals.

Avery was a bit interested in the device, but a full session would take too long so he figured that he would try it out later.

By the time that the three of them were finished exploring their new accommodations, they all wore satisfied looks on their faces.

“The rooms are all put together well. I’m almost worried that they’re going to hold us hostage at some point.” Avery said to Ardesen in jest.

In response he merely shrugged his shoulders and said, “Our workers just built it to the specifications that you provided. If you all turn into sloths that cannot leave your rooms, that’s you own fault for making them too comfortable.”

With that, they were finished exploring Avery’s, Kasandra’s, and Jasmine’s quarters.

The were a few other officers’ quarters in the area, with the overall second largest room belonging to Ezra.

While in the carrier’s system he would be registered as a vice-captain like Kasandra and Jasmine, within the team he was considered Avery’s second-in-command. It was to be expected that his quarters would be the second largest.

Except, everything inside his room was more standard and utilitarian.

The only thing that might be considered a luxury in Ezra’s quarters was a personal training room.

It took up most of the space allotted to him and left him with only a barely large enough living area and bedroom.

Like Avery’s quarters, there was also an adjoining door that led into another room.

This was where Olivia would be staying, and it was a standard room for upper-level officers.

There was a living area, bedroom, and personal bathroom. Something that normally only a captain would get on most vessels.

Olivia’s quarters were a lot barer than Avery’s, Kasandra’s, and Jasmine.

Not because she was like Ezra and only wanted the minimum of amenities, but because Avery was not going to pay to deck out everyone’s rooms. Olivia would have to use her own money to buy what she wanted to personalize her quarters. The only ones that Avery had fully decked out were his own, Kasandra’s, and Jasmine’s.
