553: Arthur’s summons Vs Hawk’s Army 553: Arthur’s summons Vs Hawk’s Army The hundreds of circling followers responded with their own cries, creating a cacophony of screeches and shrieks that filled the sky with auditory chaos.

Caw!

Screech!

Shriek!

Caw!

Arthur’s hand moved to rest on his katana’s hilt, his spatial senses mapping the positions of every hostile presence in the immediate area.

This battle would require different tactics than his previous encounters-brute force alone wouldn’t overcome coordinated numerical superiority backed by second-order domain control.

“Aether,” Arthur said quietly, his voice carrying absolute calm despite the chaotic situation, “this is going to get complicated.

Prepare for extended combat.” The void dragon’s nervous energy transformed into excited determination.

“Okay, Master!

I will do my best to help lots and lots!

Even if there’s a bazillion birds!” Arthur’s mind began formulating strategies as he stared up at the Wind Hawk and its aerial army.

Level 27 second-order power backed by hundreds of superior-rank supporters represented exactly the kind of extreme challenge that might finally push him to level 25.

Arthur didn’t hesitate.

Fighting the Wind Hawk’s aerial army with just Aetherion would be suicide; no matter how powerful his void dragon was, he wasn’t a second-order beast.

This situation demanded an overwhelming force to counter overwhelming numbers.

“Time to even the odds,” Arthur muttered, activating his Primordial Summoner talent with full intensity.

Whoosh!

Whoosh!

Whoosh!

Whoosh!

Whoosh!

Five dark portals tore open in the air around Arthur, reality fracturing as dimensional gateways connected to his summoning space.

The portals expanded rapidly, each one radiating the distinctive energy signatures of legendary-rank power.

The Winter Beast emerged first, its form materialising with a blast of supernatural cold that sent frost spreading across the ground.

Ice crystals formed in the air around its massive body as it settled into position beside Arthur.

The Flamingo appeared next, both heads shrieking as they emerged from the portal.

The legendary creature’s coral-pink feathers seemed to shimmer as it landed gracefully, its four eyes immediately scanning the aerial threats above.

The Cackle Queen followed, her grotesque form inspiring immediate unease as her disturbing laughter echoed across the territory.

Several of the circling birds faltered in their flight patterns, instinctively recoiling from her presence, although they were the weaker ones.

Bloom materialised with elegance, flowers and writhing vines spreading outward as the plant monster’s psychotic consciousness radiated malevolent intent.

“Yesss…

so many minds to corrupt…

so many wills to break…” Finally, the Mane King emerged, his golden fur blazing like sunlight as he roared his presence.

The sound carried enough power to make nearby trees tremble.

ROAR!

The Wind Hawk’s golden eyes widened slightly at the sudden appearance of five legendary-rank creatures, its mind immediately reassessing the threat level.

This human commanded an army of his own.

The Wind Hawk did not underestimate Arthur at all.

Despite having only six beasts, whilst it had hundreds, those six beasts were incredibly powerful and at a different level compared to the ones he was commanding.

Arthur wasted no time on ceremony or dramatic posturing.

“Winter Beast, Flamingo-you’re staying with me.

We’re dealing with that big bird up there.” Both creatures acknowledged immediately, positioning themselves on either side of Arthur while Aetherion remained perched on his shoulder.

“Aether, Cackle Queen, Mane King, Bloom-you guys need to deal with the rest of those flying pests.” Arthur’s logic was sound.

The four summons he’d assigned to crowd control represented a perfect combination to handle hundreds of coordinated enemies.

Bloom’s psychic manipulation would allow him to control several of the superior-rank beasts, turning them against their own allies and creating chaos within the enemy formation.

Mind-controlled birds attacking their former comrades would shatter the Wind Hawk’s carefully maintained coordination.

The Mane King would serve as Bloom’s bodyguard, protecting the vulnerable plant monster from any aerial attackers that managed to reach ground level.

His superior combat abilities and intimidating presence would ensure nothing interrupted Bloom’s mental assault operations.

The Cackle Queen’s mind control abilities would handle both defence and offence simultaneously.

Her psychic disruption could paralyse attacking birds mid-flight while her hysteria-inducing laughter would break enemy morale and create openings for counterattacks.

As for Aether.

Well, Aether was simply Aether.

He could either defend everyone by teleporting them, or attack by teleporting the mane king to attack at close range, or he could simply attack and kill most of these beasts himself.

“Bloom, focus on taking control of their strongest flyers-anything level 23 or higher.

Turn them into weapons against their own forces.” “Yesss, Master…

their minds will become my playthings…” Bloom’s twisted consciousness radiated dark satisfaction.

“Cackle Queen, prioritise defence for Bloom and yourself.

If birds dive at you, freeze them mentally and let them crash.” “AHAHAHA!

They’ll fall like rain!

Like beautiful, broken rain!” The Cackle Queen’s laughter intensified with anticipation.

“Mane King, you’re the anchor.

Nothing reaches Bloom.

Anything that lands, you kill immediately.” The golden lion roared his acknowledgement, taking a protective stance near the plant monster with obvious readiness.

Arthur didn’t need to give Aether any instructions.

The dragon had enough combat experience with Arthur to know how to deal with these beasts in the way that Arthur wanted.

Arthur’s deployment complete, he turned his full attention to the Wind Hawk above.

His two domain-capable summons flanked him, ready to contest the legendary creature’s aerial superiority through combined environmental manipulation.

The Wind Hawk watched this reorganisation with calculating intelligence, recognising that the battlefield dynamics had shifted dramatically.

Its numerical advantage remained, but the human’s legendary summons represented a quality that couldn’t be ignored.

The creature released another piercing cry, and immediately the hundreds of circling birds began diving toward their assigned targets.

SCREEEEE!

Arthur’s eyes gleamed with anticipation as he prepared to engage the Wind Hawk directly.

His hand rested on his katana’s hilt.

“Let’s test something,” Arthur said, addressing his domain-capable summons.

“Winter Beast, Flamingo-activate your domains simultaneously.

I want to see what happens when two allied domains try to harmonise.” The Winter Beast looked at Arthur with some hesitation, its telepathic voice carrying warning through their connection.

Master, that isn’t advisable.

Our domains will clash against each other rather than combine.

Domain energies are territorial by nature-they don’t cooperate, they compete for dimensional supremacy.
