Chapter 345: Ethan’s frustration
Ethan heard the voice of Ragnarok inside his ear.

“Let us go and see the corpse of the sixty fourth dimensional being.”

Ethan vanished from the place and appeared where Ragnarok was.

This place was located in another space. Only someone above the fifty fifth dimensional level could sense it. As soon as Yumiko finished speaking, Ethan’s mind went blank. Until now he thought Rose was hiding somewhere with everyone and that he could not find her because of that strange woman.

But now Yumiko was saying that Rose was not here. Then where was she?

“What kind of world is on the opposite side of the barrier?” Ethan’s mind was racing. Then he deactivated his form because it had a limited time and he had already used almost twenty two minutes. He only had thirty eight minutes left.

He would have to become absolutely powerful before those thirty eight minutes ended.

He had found a barrier that even his full power could not penetrate. That meant the barrier was cast by an entity stronger than his former self who had seemed to possess infinite power until now.

“Rose, please stay safe. I promise I will find you and everyone else. Even if I cannot, someday I will take control over the entire creation and there will not be any secret hidden from me. I will find you then.” Ethan felt devastated.

He was so weak that he could not even find his wife or his parents. Even his former self was not omnipotent. A single barrier had put him in his place. There was always someone stronger.

The thought frustrated him.

Ethan took a deep breath.

He sat on his throne. Now that he thought clearly, he had seen that seductive woman in that castle and that palace master was very strong, almost as powerful as this corpse.

Ethan had a bad feeling that the palace master was preparing for a war against him. That woman probably caused this.

“I should have killed her at that time. I have become too soft. When was the last time I killed someone? The world is not meant for soft people.” Ethan’s eyes turned cold.

“Yumiko, can you become more powerful?”

[I certainly can master. But it would take eons.]

Yumiko did not reply.

Ethan took a deep breath. He knew something like this would be the price.

“Alright, you do not have to do that. Become powerful naturally. Use as much energy as you need to become powerful quickly.”

Ethan sat cross legged to start cultivating. He took out those thirty origin fruits and swallowed them at once.

His body was more than capable of handling all those seal formations at once.

Instantly three trillion gray seals formed, and they transformed into three hundred light brown seals.

After that he started practicing his infinite ascension sutra. After forming a golden seal, his cultivation speed would soar because he would be able to understand the source of existence.
