Chapter 303: The ancestor of the Aurion Empire
Rey’s face turned red again.

“Ethan don’t talk nonsense. How can she be my woman? And she is very powerful. I am no match for her.”

Ethan looked surprised. “Aren’t you the sword god? You always bragged that you could protect me if I went with you and that no one could harm me. How come there’s someone stronger than you?”

As soon as he said this, Rey looked at the fluffy Blue. Blue looked so damn cute that Rey almost fell for Ethan’s trap.

“No way, I can’t leave her with you. What if she harms you?” Rey’s eyes looked solemn.

Ethan sighed.

“Well, you said you’re not a match for her, but she didn’t harm you and still isn’t doing anything. Don’t worry. Go and buy some vegetables from the market. I’ll cook something nice.”

“No, she is from the Aurion Empire. She came here to take you with her. I’m afraid if I leave, she’ll forcefully take you.”

Then he looked at Sofia.

Rey looked at the fat cat suspiciously.

After a while, Rey came back with Blue.

Blue looked at him with disdain. He had sensed when Ethan released his pressure a while ago.

“You are really something else,” Rey praised him.

“Rey, how much do you know about the human realm, and are there any other races out there?”

Rey thought for a moment.

“This is top secret. Are you sure you want to hear this? I learned it from the former Palace Master.”

Rey saw Ethan suddenly look at him like he was a fool.

That supreme entity gave his life in order to preserve the last breath of humans.

Ethan had a look of understanding.

“Is that so? I would surely like to go there someday.”

Rey looked at him like a fool.

“Didn’t you hear what I just said?”

“You won’t understand. You are like a kid after all. Anyway, that woman said if I can heal her patient, she will donate half of her empire’s wealth to the Divine Palace. Use that wealth wisely and become more powerful.”

Rey’s eyes were wide open. How important was the person that they were willing to pay half of their wealth? No wonder they were so aggressive.

In the Aurion Empire, Sofia arrived at the palace.

The emperor, Zenos Salaras, stood up and smiled at her.

“Aunt, have you brought the healer?”

But Sofia didn’t answer him. Instead, she gave him a hard slap. Zenos flew hundreds of meters away.

Everyone in the palace stood up in fear. Why was this woman so angry?

Zenos stood up with difficulty.
