He hung up the phone, signed the document in front of him, shut down his laptop, locked the cabinets, and stood up.

Putting on his suit jacket, Gui Xiaoxu calmly said, “Let’s go home first.”

Seeing that he was ready, Gui Ying grabbed Gui Xiaoxu’s wrist and snapped his fingers. Instantly, both of them vanished from the spacious office.

Appearing back in his bedroom, Gui Ying released Gui Xiaoxu’s wrist and sat on the bed.

Taking out his phone, Gui Ying lazily said, “You go do your business. This young master will wait here. Come back before ten o’clock tonight.”

“Mhm,” Gui Xiaoxu responded, then left Gui Ying’s bedroom.

When he opened the door, the two bodyguards standing outside were shocked to see him. Blinking rapidly, they came to their senses and quickly greeted Gui Xiaoxu.

“Boss.”

Nodding at them, Gui Xiaoxu ordered, “Go inform the kitchen to prepare dinner. I will dine at home with my cousin.”

After giving the order, Gui Xiaoxu left the mansion and went to the secret armory built inside the mountain cave. Passing through the mountain’s gate, Gui Xiaoxu drove directly to the armory entrance.

When the bodyguards patrolling the area saw him approaching, they quickly opened the metal gate to let him in.

Parking the off-road vehicle in front of the armory entrance, Gui Xiaoxu got out and walked inside. After going down the brightly lit, wide corridor, he arrived at another huge metal door.

“Open the door,” Gui Xiaoxu ordered calmly.

“Yes, Boss.”

Receiving the order, one of the armed guards used his ID card to open the door.

The moment it opened, Gui Xiaoxu walked inside and saw the massive open space where countless people were packing, counting, testing, and transporting weapons and explosives.

At the sound of the door opening, the transport manager looked up. The second he saw Gui Xiaoxu walking toward him, his eyes flickered with surprise and confusion.

‘It’s rare for the Boss to come here personally. Did something big happen that required his presence?’
