Chapter 418: Treasures
Sitting in the living room filled with antiques, Bai Hanyun took out her phone and called Hua Yuyu.

After a few seconds, the call connected, and Hua Yuyu’s voice came through the speaker. “Miss Bai, do you need something?”

“Yes. Brother Hua, can you help me find some wooden boxes to store vases, paintings, furniture, and some small items?” Bai Hanyun asked.

Hearing this, Hua Yuyu was momentarily confused. “Miss Bai, are you going to move house?”

Bai Hanyun chuckled. “I just acquired some antiques and plan to open an antique store in town. I need to transport them, so I need to pack them first.”

After listening to her explanation, Hua Yuyu frowned slightly and thought, ‘I’m really curious where Miss Bai gets these valuable antiques from. She seems to have an unlimited source, but even after investigating for so long, I still can’t find where she gets them.’

Thinking about Feng Wu’s mysterious origin, Hua Yuyu’s eyes flickered for a second. ‘Could it be she got those antiques from Feng Wu’s hometown?’

While Hua Yuyu was wondering about the source of her antiques, Bai Hanyun waited for his answer.

After a few seconds of silence, she tilted her head and called out, “Brother Hua, are you still there?”

Hearing her voice, Hua Yuyu snapped out of his thoughts and replied, “Alright, I will find the boxes for you. How many do you need, Miss Bai?”

Glancing at the antiques placed on the floor and the low table, Bai Hanyun took a photo and sent it to his WeChat. “I sent you a photo.”

Ding!

At the sound of the notification, Hua Yuyu pulled the phone from his ear and checked WeChat. The moment he saw the photo filled with antiques covering the floor and the low table, he was speechless.

“…” Looks like I’m still underestimating her.

Shaking his head, Hua Yuyu put the phone back and said, “Miss Bai, I will go find the boxes right away.”

Bai Hanyun smiled and replied, “Then I will wait for you at home. Thank you, Brother Hua.”

Since she had already transferred 100 million to Hua Yuyu for their operating fund before the assassination attempt, Bai Hanyun didn’t send more money to buy the wooden boxes.

While waiting, Bai Hanyun sorted the antiques with Feng Wu’s help.

Opening a large wooden box, Feng Wu saw it filled with Dongzhu and asked, “Fairy Bai, are you going to sell these Dongzhu too?”

Bai Hanyun looked up from the painting she was examining and replied, “Ah, help me move that box to the empty guest room. Those are too valuable, and they are gifts from Feng Xiyan. I won’t sell them for now.”

Hearing her answer, Feng Wu nodded. “I understood.”

As they continued sorting the antiques and setting aside the ones Bai Hanyun wouldn’t sell, time flew by slowly.

Two hours later, Hua Yuyu returned with a container truck. After getting out of the truck, he went to ring the doorbell.

Ding~ dong!

The moment Bai Hanyun heard the doorbell, she stood up and said to Feng Wu, “I will go open the door. Help me move those boxes to the empty guest room first. I will sort them again later.”

Without waiting for his reply, Bai Hanyun quickly walked to the door. When she opened it, she saw Hua Yuyu standing outside.

“Brother Hua, you’re back,” Bai Hanyun greeted him with a smile and asked, “Did you get the wooden boxes?”

Hua Yuyu nodded, pointing to the container truck in the front yard. “Miss Bai, do you want to check if these boxes work for you? If not, I can exchange them for another type with the seller.”

“Yes. Let’s check them first.” With that, she walked to the container truck with him.

When Hua Yuyu opened the container, Bai Hanyun’s eyes lit up at the sight of neatly stacked wooden boxes of various sizes.

Climbing inside the container, she picked up a small wooden box and opened it. The soft inner lining, covered in red cloth, delighted her.

Smiling, she turned to Hua Yuyu and said, “Brother Hua, I can use these.”

“Great. I will call the others to help move them in.”

“Alright.”

While Hua Yuyu went back to his capsule house to call for help, Bai Hanyun carried a few small boxes back inside.

Entering the living room, she saw that Feng Wu had already moved the large wooden boxes gifted by Feng Xiyan into the empty guest room.

“Feng Wu, come help me pack these antiques.”

Hearing her call, Feng Wu nodded and began helping her pack small vases, plates, and cups into the wooden boxes.

Watching her treat the ordinary items like treasures, he asked curiously, “Fairy Bai, although these items are of high quality, they are just ordinary plates, cups, and vases used by commoners. Can you really sell them for money?”

Bai Hanyun looked at him and showed him a bronze plate she had taken from the Ji Clan’s mansion.

“Feng Wu, can you tell me the price of this bronze plate in your world?” she asked calmly.

Scratching his head, Feng Wu replied honestly, “This subordinate is not familiar with the market price, but based on what this subordinate knows, this plate should be priced around two taels of silver, since it was only sold in the Imperial Capital City.”

Listening to his answer, Bai Hanyun smiled mysteriously. “Then how much do you think it can be sold for in this world?”

Shaking his head, Feng Wu replied, “This subordinate doesn’t know the market price for plates here. But based on the price of a cup of milk tea, maybe… around two hundred yuan?”

Bai Hanyun chuckled at his answer and shook her head. “No, this bronze plate can be sold for two hundred million yuan.”

The moment Feng Wu heard this, his eyes widened in shock as he exclaimed, “That’s so expensive!”

Counting with his fingers, he muttered, “How many cups of milk tea can we buy with that money?”
