  4. Chapter 841 - 841 No Need

841: No Need 841: No Need Silence tore through the void, thick and oppressive, as everyone watched in stunned disbelief.

Their efforts had been futile.

Worse yet, their intervention had worsened the situation.

Hundreds of Planetary level beings had perished in an instant, extinguished like flies by a single, unimaginable attack.

Not even their most potent artifacts could withstand the force of the explosion.

Some gritted their teeth in frustration.

Each Planetary level being represented a powerhouse for their respective planets and organizations, a cornerstone of strength now gone.

They wanted to blame Zachary and Riven for what seemed like reckless planning, but deep down, they knew better.

No one had forced anyone to act.

Even some with spatial affinity had refrained from joining the stabilization effort, shaken by fear.

Millennia of effort, sacrifice, and discipline, wasted, vanished in the blink of an eye.

‘If only they had remembered the Overseer’s words…’ some thought bitterly, the lament unspoken but heavy in their minds.

Aura, meanwhile, remained unfazed.

She floated lazily, a bowl of popcorn in one hand, her phone in the other, eyes wide as she absorbed the chaotic spectacle.

She had never seen anything like the explosion before; the brilliant, violent energies igniting the void left her awestruck.

With a nonchalant motion, she raised her phone and snapped a picture.

The shutter sound echoed strangely across the emptiness, a tiny, mundane beat against the overwhelming backdrop of cosmic destruction.

Some of the younger generation glanced at her, puzzled by the timing, but Aura paid them no mind.

The photo was for her favorite author, and nothing more.

She could already tell: no one among the older generation would dare intervene personally again.

Her attention shifted away from the Tear, resting instead on the older beings who had just suffered catastrophic failure.

“What if we employ artifacts, rune formations, or ancient techniques from our respective affiliations?” a man from the Luminari race proposed.

Immediately, the older generation nodded.

It was their only viable option.

Every organization, race, and faction held secret powers, hidden techniques, and forbidden methods.

Now was the time to employ them.

“Let’s do it,” Riven said firmly, the weight of responsibility clear in his tone.

Before further discussion could continue, a calm, sweet, almost cheerful voice rang through the void, cutting through the tension like sunlight through storm clouds: “No need.” Eyes snapped toward the source.

A woman floated before them, serene and unbothered, her blue hair matching the brilliant sky-blue of her eyes.

On her head perched a cat, and in her hands were the unmistakable signs of casual leisure: a phone and a bowl of popcorn.

Aura Nova.

An older generation member’s voice cracked, disbelief in every syllable.

“Has the younger generation grown so arrogant tha-” His words faltered as realization struck.

He was not alone in his recognition.

The other older members’ eyes widened as they comprehended the truth: Aura Nova floated freely in the void, unassisted by Rain or any protective enchantment.

They remembered.

She had replaced Charles as the younger generation’s representative.

Their gaze shifted to Charles, who remained protected by Rain’s mana.

They scanned Anthony, Lucian, and the rest of the younger generation, and their disbelief only deepened.

Humans, those who had arrived without external aid, floated effortlessly in the void, unshaken.

Only Aaaninja among them was non-human.

They could not understand how all of them had achieved such heights.

Their focus narrowed to Anthony, Aura, Vega, Kingsley, and Lucian.

Riven simply smiled faintly at Lucian, who remained expressionless.

“What do you mean by ‘no need,’ Aura?” Zachary asked, voice measured but edged with curiosity, clearly recalling her name.

The popcorn and phone vanished from her hands as she met his gaze, her blue eyes calm against his red.

“As I said,” she replied calmly, “there is no need.

I can close the Tear myself.” Her words struck like thunder.

Eyes narrowed in shock and disbelief.

Some of the older generation wanted to flare in anger, they had suffered immense loss trying to stabilize the Tear, and now this Human child, barely recognized among them, claimed she could resolve the catastrophe alone.

“How?” Riven asked calmly from the side, caution heavy in his tone.

He would not tolerate another disaster.

Aura’s gaze shifted toward him, blunt as ever.

“Do you want me to close it or not?” she asked flatly, completely unbothered by his status, his power, or the expectations of the void.

Silence stretched for a heartbeat.

Then Zachary spoke, decisively, “Let her.

The younger generation has been full of surprises these past hours.” His words caused many to narrow their eyes, wary but compelled to accept the logic.

“Finally making a move?” Lucian’s voice teased from the side.

Aura turned toward him, her smile playful, confident.

“As I said to Aaaninja earlier, why tell you when I can show you?” “Indeed…” Lucian replied, his grin betraying his curiosity.

‘I wonder what overpowered ability she is about to display… after all, the author has a habit of handing out abilities like candy,’ he mused silently.

Aaaninja, who had been detached with his eyes closed, opened them.

His Eyes Of Genesis tracked Aura Nova, his curiosity piqued as he sought to discern what set her apart from the rest.

Charles and Bills exchanged smiles, almost lovestruck in their admiration.

To them, Aura Nova, the most prodigious talent ever to emerge from Dusk Planet, was now stepping into the Galaxy wide stage.

Anthony floated nearby, a faint smile tugging at his lips.

He had restrained himself from employing Authority Of Information on her, was now curious to see what she could accomplish.

“I wonder how powerful she is,” Vega murmured quietly.

“We are about to find out,” Kingsley replied evenly, his expression unchanged, betraying no emotion yet radiating anticipation.

Aura drifted forward toward the now-larger unstable zone.

Learning from the previous mistakes, everyone maintained a safe distance, deploying barriers and preparing escape points in case this young Human failed.

None wished to repeat the catastrophic results of earlier attempts.

As Aura approached, Akira rose gracefully to her feet before vanishing from his original position, reappearing atop Aaaninja’s head.

Aaaninja, unbothered, did not flinch.

He had foreseen this exact moment before it happened.
