833: Galaxy Level 833: Galaxy Level Lucian Darkheart maintained a calm expression, but his mind was spinning with thoughts that refused to settle.

Prior to his reincarnation, he hadn’t finished reading Might As Well Be OP.

The Author was still writing the book at the time, and thus there had been no way to read it to completion before his rebirth.

Yet whether the Author had finished it now, he did not know.

Had the Author started a new book?

That, too, remained a mystery.

‘Such a twist,’ he mused silently as the Overseer’s words echoed through the hall.

He had no idea what the Author was thinking in introducing a Galaxy level battle and battlefield, yet for some inexplicable reason, he found himself intrigued, almost excited.

The challenge of the unknown always fascinated him, and the prospect of witnessing, and potentially participating in, a conflict on such an unimaginable scale stirred a rare spark of curiosity.

‘It seems Aura was introduced at the perfect time,’ he reflected, casting a brief glance toward the girl sitting beside him.

‘After all, Aaaninja and I were introduced during the Starborn Tournament.

The Author seems to always introduce new readers at the perfect moment.’ His black eyes shifted to Aura, who remained focused straight ahead.

She didn’t look at him, but Akira, perched lightly atop her head, did.

Their gazes met for a brief, almost imperceptible moment before Akira, noticing that this Human wasn’t offering any food, as the white haired human beside her often did, broke eye contact and returned her focus forward, listening intently to the conversation as she simply lost interest.

‘I’m looking forward to it,’ Lucian thought, despite the Galaxy level threat that had just been announced.

He did not fear it; in fact, he relished the challenge.

He was supremely confident in his own abilities, certain he could obliterate any alien force that dared oppose him, along with whatever powers or strategies they might bring.

His gaze shifted briefly toward Anthony and Aaaninja, both of whom remained as unreadable and composed as Aura herself.

“Calm down, calm down,” the Overseer’s voice cut through the murmurs, commanding immediate attention.

“I used the phrase Galactic Conquest because it all depends on perception,” he said, a grin stretching across his face.

“If we are being invaded, we can simply return the favor.

It’s all based on your mindset.

But before we get too carried away, we seem to be diverging from the real purpose of this meeting.” He paused, his eyes glinting as they moved to the massive holographic projection suspended in the hall.

With a thought, the projection flickered, and a white, humanoid being with two pairs of wings materialized.

Even through the holographic medium, the sheer divinity of its presence was unmistakable.

Every observer, regardless of race or rank, could feel it, the presence of something far beyond mortal comprehension.

“This… is the race invading us,” the Overseer continued calmly.

“They are called the Angels.

As you can see, their race is marked by pure white skin.

Some are mixed, white and gold, or completely gold.” He continued, his tone steady yet carrying weight.

“The Angel race comes from a Galaxy they call Divinora.

And to clarify, the Divinora Galaxy isn’t solely inhabited by Angels.

Billions, perhaps trillions, of other races exist there, just as in our own galaxy.

But unlike ours, the Angels are the ruling race.

They govern the entire galaxy, unchallenged and unmatched.” At the final part of his explanation, many in the hall frowned.

Which of the top tier races had not dreamed of achieving such a feat?

To rule an entire galaxy through sheer power alone was an aspiration many had harbored.

But, they also knew such ambitions were typically futile.

Other equally strong races existed in their own Galaxy, and even if one race subdued all others, the illusion of rule would never hold entirely, for beings like the Spirit King existed, always a threat to their absolute dominion.

So, hearing that a race had accomplished a dream they themselves had only fantasized about stirred a mix of admiration and subtle jealousy among the observers.

“I will now provide a brief history of the Divinora Galaxy,” the Overseer announced.

“I’m sure most of you don’t particularly care about their history, but it is relevant to understand the context.

Much like our own Galaxy, Divinora contains a demon race.

However, there, they are known as the Devils.

Instead of Chaos energy, they use Miasmic energy to corrupt and dominate.

Eons ago, a Galaxy spanning war erupted within Divinora.

A being appeared, calling himself God.

He battled these Devils, annihilated them completely, and even eradicated the very essence of Miasmic energy itself.” He spoke with clarity and authority, giving only the essential details, leaving room for imagination while conveying the enormity of the events.

“After this war, all sentient beings in Divinora now serve and worship this God, whom they refer to as HIM, sometimes simply HE.

The Angels are considered His emissaries, His direct children.” His words prompted another round of subtle frowns among the audience.

Outwardly, they expressed disdain for this God and his white feathered bird agents, mocking them as naïve or arrogant.

Yet inwardly, many were shaken.

Such feats, Galactic unification and total Galactical cleansing, were unparalleled, achievements none within their galaxy had come close to.

‘Could they truly hope to stand against such a being?’ The question lingered in the minds of every every observer present within the hall.

‘What level of power does such a God possess?

Surely He is beyond Planetary level strength… perhaps even Galaxy level.’ Though no one dared voice it aloud, and many masked their dread to maintain appearances before the younger generation, a palpable tension spread silently.

Their thoughts turned to the Spirit King and the mysterious entity summoned by Null, Anthony, and Charles Evander during the Starborn Tournament.

Could these beings stand against this unknown powerful being that calls itself God?

But, for now, no evidence could confirm this God’s level of power.

Perhaps He was indeed Galaxy level, or perhaps the Overseer would reveal that truth later.

The attendees forced themselves to focus, listening intently for the next piece of crucial information, their minds sharpening despite the creeping sense of unease.

_____ AUTHOR’S NOTE: Another chapter will be coming soon, replacing yesterday’s.
