622: Blood Demon Art Revealed!

Chapter 622 Bang, Bang, Bang!

The continuous loud bangs filled the air as Rivock wasn’t ready to take it easy on the demon one bit.

Due to the blue pill he took, his speed had been boosted up a stage and now, he had the speed of a stage 7 warrior which was Sera’s level.

The fight was too destructive for anyone to blink carelessly.

Bang, Bang, Boom, Boom!

The ground quaked with each devastating hit from Rivock and the demon, shattering the sound barrier left and right as they moved up, down, left and centre.

They darted at a speed most people wouldn’t be able to keep up with, but not Grey.

Snap!

SWOOOOSH!

A long wind sword sliced through the air towards the demon’s back while it focused on Rivock, but in a flash, it kicked the descendant forcefully, sending him tumbling away.

The demon spun around instantly, swinging its claws and slicing through the wind sword, dispelling it into nothing but scattered gusts.

The hundred lightning arrows Grey had created earlier had all been launched at the demon as he tried everything possible to land a solid hit, but they refused to connect.

The demon’s speed suddenly became even greater than before and now, craters raged across the coliseum like it was being devoured by a storm.

“Get down, you bastard!” Gil roared as he hurled his hand upward.

An invisible string shot out with immense speed, aiming for the Supreme Magus’ leg.

Seeing this, Grey was only able to encase his legs in lightning, forming a pair of boots just in time as the strings wrapped around one of his legs and then… SWOOOOSH!

BANG!

The Supreme Magus was yanked out of the sky and smashed into the ground with terrifying force.

A huge cloud of dust kicked up immediately as blood burst from his nose and mouth.

His vision blurred for a moment, and even the ringing in his ears felt violent.

Not letting up, the demon darted forward and leaped high into the air above the Supreme Magus.

It nosedived downwards instantly, aiming to flatten him outright until a loud bang echoed out as Rivock blurred into the air.

With Ki surrounding his shoulders and feet, he launched himself upward with immense force and, in the blink of an eye, barged his shoulder into the demon’s side.

The impact sent the creature hurtling away from Grey’s area like a rag doll caught in a hurricane.

Before it could smash into the ground, the demon flipped several times and landed smoothly, a deep frown on its face as Grey rose from the crater with blood dripping down his mouth.

‘How long have we been fighting now?’ Grey wondered grimly as he steadied his breathing while watching the demon heal rapidly.

‘After taking these pills, no matter the technique I use that requires Ki or mana, it will not drain my core or Dantian.

I can use the strongest skills I have without denting my Dantian at all.

That is because of the pill, but after five minutes, I will be completely drained.

That is the drawback.

If we do not end this soon, I will not be able to fight again.’ “We only have three minutes left, what do we do?” Rivock whispered toward Grey as his twin Ki swords appeared in each hand.

His breathing was rough but his gaze was still locked on the demon like he was ready to tear it apart regardless of what came next.

Grey exhaled once, lightning crackling faintly across his back as if his own body was answering the tension in the air.

“We keep fighting and hope instructor Sera figures something out quickly,” Grey replied, and then with a loud thunder-like clapping sound, the Supreme Magus shot off from where he stood as lightning crackled fiercely around his body.

“You just don’t want to have enough?!” Gil shouted in anger as he prepared himself, ready to defend from whatever the human was about to pull next.

“You know what?

Screw it,” the demon mumbled as it exploded from the ground with brutal force, shattering the floor and appearing in the air directly in front of Grey with a vicious swing aimed straight at his face.

Bang!

A sharp mini bang echoed as wind swirled around Grey’s body.

With a tight pivot, he avoided the punch by the skin of his teeth, the claws barely grazing his cheek.

In retaliation, he gathered Ki around his fist and swung toward the demon’s face.

“Kek!

Too slow,” the demon mocked with a wide grin, raising its guard confidently.

But then it saw Grey smirk.

A sudden blast of wind magic slammed into Grey’s elbows from behind, propelling his fists forward at an extreme speed.

In a split second that nobody could react to, the punch connected cleanly with the demon’s face.

The world froze.

Everyone paused.

Even the wind held its breath for a heartbeat and then… BANG!

An ear-shattering bang tore through the entire coliseum so violently that everyone had to clamp their ears shut.

The air visibly split apart, shocking everyone to the core.

The ground beneath them shattered instantly as chunks flew upward like debris caught in a storm.

And then, like a fired missile, the demon’s body blasted downward uncontrollably.

In a blink, it slammed into the ground and disappeared into a massive cloud of dust.

Fissures ripped through the earth, stretching for metres and connecting with the gaping crater now beneath the demon’s body.

Shooting out of the dust, the demon finally came into view.

Its nose was cracked horribly, bleeding freely.

Part of its face looked blown apart, blood trickling in steady waves as it staggered and fought to stay upright.

Grey landed beside Rivock as both stared at the demon huffing and panting, blood gathering into a pool beneath it.

The creature stared at its trembling hands, not in fear but in pure, blinding rage.

“He hit me in the face… in the head.

He hit me!

ARGHHHH!

How could I allow THIS!” the demon roared at the sky, its wounds healing rapidly but its fury only growing.

Its hands continued to shake violently at its side.

“HOW?!

Screw it!

Enough of holding back!

All of you can perish!” the demon screamed as it thrust a hand into the air.

“Blood demon art: Strings of horror.” Right in front of the stunned humans, visible blood red strings materialised and began swirling around the demon, twisting like living veins as the creature glared at them with pure murderous intent.

“Just know this,” it growled, voice trembling with hatred.

“You all forced my hands.” __ {A/N} Honestly, I feel like at this rate, I’m just going to have to drop this book.

No readers, no support, no comments, no nothing and on top of this, it’s still being pirated 😫 I’m fed up.

Are there even anybody that enjoys or even read this book?

Sigh…

I’m tired and I give up.
