When mimicking a new effect, if one of the same type exists, the higher-level effect will overwrite the lower. If mimicking a new type of effect, one existing effect is randomly deleted. The user can activate any one of the stored effects at will.

Dynamic Attribute 1: Every 10th attack fires a Frostbolt at the primary target, dealing 150 True Damage.

Dynamic Attribute 2: Grants the skill “[Summon: Winter Queen]”. Summons a phantom of the Winter Queen for 1.5 seconds. The phantom possesses 0.15% of the Winter Queen’s true power. Cooldown: 30 days.

Dynamic Attribute 3: Grants the skill “[Forbidden: Winter’s End]”. Deals massive Frost damage to all targets in a large area and Freezes them. The area of effect scales with channel time. He remembered when the Wishbound Relic first vanished and the Avatar became a Divine Forger; the success rate for enhancing items was a paltry 10%. But after his return, he discovered the Avatar’s exclusive skill, Forging, had already reached Master Tier, and its properties had skyrocketed.

For a regular Blacksmith, failure meant the item and materials were often ruined. It was all a dice roll.

“Just focus on dealing damage. Hit it with everything you’ve got. I’ll handle the rest. You completed the Aerial Combat training, right? It’s just that you’re not level 60 yet, so you can’t sustain flight in combat, and your pet dragon is still too low level. But… with the two of us working together, it’s a different story.”

Ethan’s Eagle Eye skill had long since locked onto the Mana-Forged Colossus. As he finished speaking, he beat his wings once and shot straight toward the mechanical behemoth.
