Chapter 327: Battling Ivy’s father (1)
“According to what we know, they are his wives,”

Everyone looked at Aunt Shelby. her attitude surprised her husband. It was strange to him, as she never behaved like this.

Draco was already seething in anger.

The old man was surprised by this news, looking at Draco in amazement.

He turned to Lyraea and Rose, “How can a dragon and a tailed fox like you guys share a husband?”Everyone was shocked, looking at Lyraea and Rose. The eyes of the young master glowed, shone with strange light.

“Are you sure you aren’t mistaken?” Aunt Shelby found this unbelievable.

“Humph, are you saying I am lying?” The old man snorted, his gaze on her, which made her let out a grunt as she staggered.

The eyes of Ivy’s father turned chilly, and he waved his hands to clear off the pressure instilled by the old man on Aunt Shelby.

“It’s none of your business.” Lyraea snorted.

They had hidden their bloodline. But the problem is that due to the sacrifice they made with their life force, according to Xylara, they had best not make use of their strength or Originat.

If they do, they might fall back into the same unconsciousness.

With unique arts, one could peer through them and find their bloodline.

The old man once tried again to check Draco, but all he felt was his human breath.

“As a dragon, how can you share your husband with others?” The old man asked.

“Humph, old man, it’s none of your business. Didn’t you hear us?” Rose looked at the old man coldly.

The old man frowned when he heard this; he continued to try to investigate both of them.

Draco, who couldn’t take it any longer, waved his hand, forcibly cutting off what the old man was doing.

This made the old man angry; his gaze turned to Draco.

He turned to the young master Kelvin, sharing his findings with him.

This made Kelvin’s eyes gleam with unknown intent.

The old man knew that both Lyraea and Rose’s bloodlines were so pure that they could reach godhood easily. But what made him baffled was that their low life force, he could see they would die within two years if there was no remedy.

He intended to trace the source of this when Draco interrupted him.

What he didn’t know was that Draco allowed him to purposely see that. He wanted to see the decision that the Dragon Clan would choose.

He and the Dragon Clan have irreversible karma ties.

“Let me send the news back to Father and hear his decision,” Kelvin muttered.

Ivy’s father frowned. It was now he realized something when he checked on his daughter.

This made his expression ugly.

His daughter only had three years to live.

He didn’t notice until now because Ivy made sure she concealed it.

“What did you do to my daughter?” Everyone was surprised by how angry Ivy’s father was.

His anger surpassed when he found out about her loss of virginity.

Aunt Shelby and others from the Phoenix family were confused about what happened.

Ivy’s mother became worried, looking at her daughter.

“She, too, has only three years to live.”

The words of Ivy’s father were like the explosion of thunder in the mind of her mother. She slumped to the ground weakly.

Draco watched this with a guilt-stricken face. He was responsible for all this.

Aunt Shelby gloated at the misfortune of Ivy; she quickly hid her delight.

The Phoenix family’s anger rose; they looked at Draco in hatred.

“Dad, it wasn’t his fault. It was my own decision…” Ivy spoke up for Draco, but Draco stopped her.

Her father was shocked that his daughter was still defending Draco. His anger rose; he wondered what sorcery Draco had used on his daughter.

He released his aura that made people shiver and take a few steps back.

“You guys should wait for me over there while I teach this gentleman a lesson.”

They could feel the anger in Ivy’s father’s voice, and they followed his instructions.

Draco signalled the girls too, who were worried. He gave them a reassured look, which made them step back, maintaining distance for both of them to battle.

Draco waved his hands; Huang appeared.

“Protect them.” He commanded.

“Yes, Master.” He replied, heading to where the girls and the others stood.

Young Master Kelvin and the old man were beyond shocked. They could see how pure the bloodline of Huang was, and they felt a powerful suppression from him.

They looked at Draco, wondering who he was.Ivy’s father also felt this, but it didn’t shake his anger.

Draco sighed with a guilty expression.

“It’s my fault that they are in such a situation. If I wasn’t weak, they wouldn’t have done so.” Draco’s voice was full of self-blame.

“But I promise to save them even though it means going to the ends of the universe.” Draco continued, his voice full of unshakable determination.

Ivy’s father snorted at this. He wouldn’t deny that he wasn’t moved by Draco’s words, but thinking of his daughter’s situation, anger irrationalized him.

He folded his hands into a fist. With a punch, everywhere shook so that the entirety of Phoenix City looked at the castle before them.

Draco sighed, as much as he would rather not fight Ivy’s father. He can’t just watch him attack him.

The burden placed on him wasn’t something he could forsake.

He clenched his fist, punching forward.

Both fists hit each other; an immense shockwave was released towards the surroundings.

Huang stretched his hands, dispersing the shockwaves. Same with the old man.

When everyone looked over, they saw that Draco had lost in the exchange of physical strength.

He had taken a few steps back, with blood trickling down his mouth.

“Draco!” The girls called out, worried about his situation.

Draco just smiled; he used his thumb to wipe the blood.

Ivy’s father looked at him. “Let’s battle outside in order not to affect the innocent.”

He said, his figure disappeared. Draco nodded as he followed.

The spectators didn’t want to miss out on the outcome of the battle, also following them.

As for the citizens of Phoenix City, they were clueless about what was happening.
