I Can Program My Body? - Chapter 379
Chapter 379: Rest Before the Storm
Coming out of the secret realm, Nash met his teammates.
“Commander! You’re back at last!”
Though the secret realm held little danger, they were still worried about Nash. Who knew if those monstrous prodigies would come and seek revenge on him?
“Don’t worry, I’m okay. Come on, let’s head back,” Nash said in a rush.
Looking around, he felt uncomfortable as they drew intense attention.
Not wanting to stay in the spotlight, Nash quickly led his teammates away from the secreted realm.
Scurrying off from the secret realm, the others could only watch without a word.
At first, they had wanted to ask Nash for details. Knowing he seemed to hold a map of the dark plane in his mind, they hoped to get a few resource point locations from him.
As for others, having learned that Nash had joined the Solaris Alliance in advance, they had hope to chat with him, wanting to befriend or at least get to know this potential talent.
Sadly, seeing them leave so fast, they could only watch with disappointment.
—
A few days later…
After travelling without stop, Nash and the others quickly reached their outpost.
“Phew~ We’re finally back.”
Letting out a sigh of relief, they felt relaxed all over.
“We’ll talk about our next plan later. Rest first,” Nash told them.
Though he had only studied the steles, the same could not be said for the others. Choosing combat-style inheritances, they must have faced tough battles.
Looking at their bodies, still hurt from the fights they had gone through, Nash wanted them to rest first.
“Thank you, Commander…” they muttered with gratitude.
Having just left the secret realm, then rushing through the dangerous dark plane, their bodies felt ready to fall apart.
Especially those Void Venerates who traveled with them. Most were already being carried by others or riding their pets to cross the way.
“Just rest. I’ll call you later,” Nash said again.
—
Back in Tsuka, Nash began to head to one of the training halls.
However, before he could reach his room, Camilla stopped him.
“What is it?”
“Hmph! Didn’t you say nothing happened when you were dragged away by those great teams?”
“Right. Nothing happened.”
“Then what about the woman who came to me earlier?”
“Elizabeth?”
“So that’s that girl’s name. Elizabeth, huh?” Camilla muttered with jealousy.
What bothered her the most about that girl was her looks and manners.
As if a noble lady, Camilla could not help but feel inferior. Added to the faint hint of charm, she felt her instincts start to stir.
“What did she say to you?” Nash smiled, hugging Camilla from behind.
Knowing Camilla, she was just a little jealous.
“Nothing, just passing on the meeting they had.” Camilla felt a bit better.
Though Elizabeth had some noble air, Camilla still won in terms of beauty.
Using the [Disguise Module System] that Nash had shared with her, Camilla quickly returned to her real look.
Suddenly, seeing Camilla’s aura burst, Nash was stunned. Even the question he had about the meeting got stuck in his throat.
“What do you think? Who is prettier?” Camilla smiled brightly, satisfied with Nash’s reaction.
“Of course, it’s you,” Nash said with truth.
Looking closer, if it was just based on appearance, Camilla was better.
However, recalling the gentle yet quiet nobleness in Elizabeth’s movements, Nash’s thoughts started to drift.
“Hmph! Pig! You already have a beautiful girl in front of you, yet you think of another!” Camilla snapped.
“I’m just remembering. How could I know who was more beautiful if I don’t compare?”
“Tsk, can you still trick me?” Camilla rolled her eyes.
Though he didn’t show it much, Nash was quite lustful. It was only because he was busy with training that he held back his natural instinct.
Otherwise, those girls in the Nova Team and Star Alliance would have long caught this man.
“Alright, don’t be so mad. I’ll let you lead this time…” Nash calmed her, pulling her inside.
As for deducing the void training manual, it had long been pushed from his mind.
To heck with that! With Camilla in his arms, how could he think of anything else?
“Hehe, then you follow me~” Hearing that she could lead, a playful smile appeared on her lips.
“Don’t worry, I’ll obey anything you want…”
—
A day later, Camilla lay worn out, though still with a smile on her lips.
“This little girl…” Nash smiled helplessly.
Thinking of the wild night they had, he couldn’t help but savor the feeling. Sadly, there were still many things he had to do.
There were only a few months left before the multiple dark phenomena would start.
He also had to plan their move against the cluster-type resource point.
More importantly, he had to deduce the void elemental manual to full capacity.
Meeting those prodigious talents had widened his view. He had thought that the void capacity of a talent was at most 10 billion.
However, every one of those prodigious talents, from Blair, Lionas, and Elizabeth, had a void capacity of 100 billion!
Such news served as a wake-up call to him.
With hundreds of elements mastered and a void capacity ten times that of normal talent, it was no wonder they could rule over those Void Marshals.
“However, it doesn’t matter.”
Though he also had a void capacity ten times that of others, that was only for now.
After he figured out the perfect void manual for himself, his void capacity could reach 10 trillion!
With such a vast difference, even if he could only master a hundred elements, he could stand equal with them.
Added to his various trump cards, Nash would have the confidence to beat anyone.
Taking care of Camilla, who was still sleeping, Nash quickly cleaned the room and went to one of the training halls.
—
Arriving at the training hall, Nash entered his runic space.
Recalling all the steles he had mastered, he began to review what they could do and solve.
Taking in everything, his computational power quickly began to work wonders as it linked these new formulas to all the knowledge he had.
From general knowledge, manuals, elements, scientific knowledge, and runic knowledge, he sorted every piece of information in his mind.
