Chapter 404 – Constellations
Noah stood in the white-silver void of his new budding seed of universe, in front of him, in the distance was the peacefully rotating Laeh, with her own phenomenon entouring her stunningly.
Noah’s eyes were closed, his arms rested on his chest, thoughts swirling in dizzying circles inside his head.
Slowly, his eyebrow began to knit together, showing something akin to discomfort. “Incomplete.” He muttered under his breath, feeling the space around him.
There were no laws around him other than Providence and a hint of Space and Time, anything else was completely absent. The Law of Fire, of Wind, of Velocity… those laws that made a universe move and remain viable were not there yet.
He expected it, somehow. After all, this was a budding seed. Not even a Seed, let alone a complete universe. And knowing this, he actively searched for how to reach the Second Warren.
That information came to him naturally, for he had already reached the First Warren.
‘Second Warren: Cluster.’ He thought, examining what he should achieve to reach that stage.
It was simple, honestly. But simple did not equate to easy.
To reach the Second Warren he would simply need to integrate not only worlds but also stars or even dungeons into his Buntu. But each of them must be one of a type, like ice or sun or any other element and concept. In doing so, he would absorb more primordial energy.
And the more primordial energy he fed to his Buntu, the more this budding seed of universe would slowly evolve into a complete Seed Universe.
But there was a problem, for Noah needed the origin of each type of world he wanted to integrate, making him forced to go on hunting trips for each of these origins.
Not an easy thing to achieve, yet with his Providence and Father of Origins title — that also increased his image in front of Origins — it would be much more manageable.
‘Hm…the number is 30.’ He mused, frowning slightly, thinking that this was quite a big number.
But he shook his head, deciding to not focus on that point.
His path was one not made for anyone except for him. He had only achieved his First Warren, yet his power was stronger than World Dominator and even Law Creator rank.
But not the next rank. Not those standing at the Myriad Creator rank. Not yet.
Though he knew the Second Warren would be much stronger than that stage. For to reach Myriad Creator rank, you would need to understand and create more than one Law.
The moment one created another Law, he would step into that rank. And from what he had learned, in that rank one would create an Embryo made of the fusion of all their laws.
It was crucial, it seemed, for that embryo would be the foundation of your Axis of Power. If, of course, one decided to form his own path and not follow another already created Axis.
Needless to say, the more laws, the better and more unique the Axis.
‘And to think these progenitors were born with a completed Axis and even at the Pinnacle rank.’ Noah shook his head, finding it absurd.
He had already complained to The Records about why he didn’t receive the same treatment. He was completely ignored.
But it didn’t matter.
‘With my Power System, I need no comprehension. I just need a world with that specific law and the origin. Besides, my ability at the Second Warren would be to fuse law and origin…’ he grinned at this thought.
He would have 30 laws and 30 or more origins. While others would struggle to go beyond 2.
Besides that, those beings would walk to be a Pinnacle to the universe. While he was building his own universe.
Now… now that was something he liked.
‘But I still need to think about my wives.’ He thought again, not forgetting the fact he needed to make them walk a unique path too.
Just like how he had done with his bloodline, Noah planned to do the same in this case.
His wives had told him that he was like a sky, and they were his stars decorating it, making it more beautiful and complete.
Noah smiled softly at the memory of it, ‘Ah, I couldn’t agree more.’
So that was why, he had decided, the only stars that would decorate this white-silver expanse would be the ones reflecting his wives.
Having made a decision, Noah finally opened back his mesmerizing eyes, looking around,
“Each one of my lovely wives would be a constellation, a star. That constellation would reflect their powers and their attributes perfectly.”
And as for their ways of progressing…
His smile deepened,
“What else? The only way for a star to shine brighter is when more power and concept is feeding it.”
That was how they would evolve, by taking the brightness of other stars to feed their own.
And for that…
“Star Evolution System.” Noah muttered, his mind beginning to create a complete pathway for his wives.
Now that he had succeeded in creating one, and with his new title, {Evolution Master}, given by his lovely Records, then it was far more easy.
If he became stronger by feeding off worlds, stars and dungeons, he would allocate the stars he would absorb each one to his wives, then they would progress by feeding off the cores of stars they would find in the universe.
They became stronger, and then he himself would be stronger with them getting stronger.
A win-win situation, as one would say.
‘Fortunately the universe expands continuously and so new worlds and stars are constantly birthed.’
Otherwise, he was afraid he would plunder everything there and leave nothing for others.
Not that he minded.
Having thought of everything that was on his mind, Noah now focused on the weird sensation that was prickling at his senses since earlier.
He tilted his head, hands on his chin, “It’s faint, very faint. But the smell…the sensation…” he closed his eyes for a moment then, “…dragons, huh?”
His eyes opened back and he smiled.
Elira’s past faction.
Now, Noah did not plan to make all factions his enemies. That would be foolish. He already had the elves and the celestials confirmed enemies, for the rest… he would rather find a way to ask them politely to be under him.
Politely, of course. Always.
But what he was feeling from those dragons was certainly not something he would fancy.
It reeked of malevolence.
He sighed then raised his head to the sky, suddenly feeling an instinctive urge to hide the Shadow Realm.
Instinctive, huh.
He grinned widely, “How nice.” He whispered then clicked his finger, creating a clone of himself made of threads of Providence. He sent the clone to the Shadow Realm for an important side quest, while he went to his wives.
It was time to finally introduce Providence, after all.
‘I wonder how they would react.’ He mused with a grin.
…
Noah’s grin melted down the moment he stepped inside his room, seeing a scene that made him doubt the functionality of his new eyes.
He squinted, then rubbed his hand continuously as if he was seeing things. But no, his eyes were perfectly working.
But then…
‘Is it a dream?’
…why was he witnessing his wives crying and sobbing while choking on their own breath with Providence standing tall in the middle of them, an annoying arrogant grin plastered on her stunning face, her hands on her hips.
Noah focused on the middle of the bed, and he shivered in horror.
“No fucking way.” He cursed, heart skipping a beat, “Providence, you didn’t dare!” He growled, making the wives finally notice his presence.
Only then did Noah finally realize they were crying tears of joy and amusement.
“Oh! You are back. You took your time.” Providence smirked, “I waited for you for so long to introduce me to my sisters yet you stayed up there frowning every now and then.”
“I couldn’t wait, my Noah.” She shrugged.
“Hey hey hey! He is our Noah too, Providence!” Dominique chirped, getting up with a picture clutched tightly inside her hand. At her side were Aphasia and Alice cackling.
“Indeed.” Shadeva interjected with a strained smile, trying to make the laughing Sari get off her body. Sari was heavy. Yet she disliked when one told her those painful truths.
Selene was wiping her tears with a napkin, she looked at her son, suppressing a smile, “I didn’t know a skill could take sentience, I am very surprised, my baby.”
“Cough, cough,” Appolonia coughed with tears swelling her eyes, “It’s possible. But very rare. My father had a sentient skill, you know.” She added at the end proudly.
“If you allow me to call him my Noah I will give you all these pictures for free!” Providence suddenly said with enthusiasm.
“I accept!!” Emmie didn’t wait.
“Too good of a deal,” Justicia said, “I agree.”
“I think it’s good material to masturbate, don’t you think, daughter?” Lilith said with a lustful smirk.
“Aren’t you a whore, mother?” Dominique answered with a knowing smirk.
Emily and Sophie shook their heads seeing the mother and daughter duo.
Noah, meanwhile, was looking at his wives with twitching lips, seeing his most embarrassing pictures — ones only Providence could have taken — being passed down between them.
[Now, my Noah, what do you think of my performance?] Providence’s system-like voice rang inside his head.
He looked at her and saw her smiling seductively and proudly at him,
[I shattered any possible walls between my sisters and I. And that, without you. Aren’t you proud of me?]
‘You did it by sacrificing my dignity, Providence.’
[Don’t sweet the details, darling.]
At those words he loved to say, Noah shook his head lightly and chuckled, just in time for Neko, Lea and Lucie to take their rightful places on his body.
‘Ah well, let me be the sacrifice then today.’
Then he started to walk towards them, their eyes fixated on him lovingly.
His lips curled upwards, with Neko licking his left cheek, Lea his right one, Lucie sleeping on his head peacefully,
“I hope you know that I won’t forget this.”
They suddenly burst into laughter once more.
Their Noah was truly a petty one.
