Chapter 354: Chapter 354(Inspiration Capsule Extra Chapter)
Iris’ chest rose and fell in quiet fury, yet beneath the anger was a cold, unfamiliar panic. She could clearly feel it—her spiritual energy circulating slower, heavier, as though being dragged down by invisible chains.
What terrified her most was the suppression of her ice-attribute power.
Her Ice Phoenix bloodline—her proudest source of strength, her identity—felt suffocated.
“My ice power comes from the ice phoenix bloodline… how can something suppress it so easily?” Iris muttered, brows knitting.
At first, she suspected some hidden formation or domain technique. But the fluctuation was too precise, too targeted. A trace of unfamiliar beast aura lingered in the air… faint, but unmistakably directed at her.
Her eyes widened slightly as realization dawned.
“Beast… control?” she whispered.
And not the crude kind practiced by ordinary beast tamers.
This… this felt like something far beyond that—like an ancient, noble command imprinted deep in bloodlines.
“A high-level beast control method… at least holy grade. At that level, even a divine beast bloodline can be influenced.”
Iris clenched her fists, nails digging into her palms, anger roaring in her heart.
“A Nirvana-realm physical cultivator… suppressing my Ice Phoenix bloodline?”
Her pride trembled with humiliation.
This was not merely insult—it was a disgrace.
“What is this kid…? How did he see through my half-demon identity so quickly?” she wondered, biting her lip in frustration.
Her mind spun with questions, but none eased the burning shame in her chest.

Not far away, Althea stood at the edge of the battlefield, bright eyes fixed on Ethan’s unharmed figure. Relief washed visibly across her beautiful face.
“Junior Brother Ethan…” she murmured softly, a gentle smile tugging at her lips.
“As long as you’re safe.”
Magnus, standing beside her, could not hide the bitterness in his voice.
“Brother Ethan… that’s amazing. The gap between us just keeps widening.”
Zeon, folding his arms arrogantly, laughed aloud.
“As expected of the genius I fancy! I knew he wouldn’t die so easily.”
Then he turned, his expression sharpening as he stared at Grey.
“Well then, since Brother Ethan is fine… let’s teach this arrogant brat a lesson,” he announced loudly.
“Just because he has a supreme puppet, he thinks he can act like the world belongs to him. Today I’ll let him learn the truth—there are countless dangers in this world!”
With a wave of his hand, golden light flared.
A towering puppet materialized beside him.
Magnus stiffened. “This is… a supreme-level puppet?! Zeon, what kind of background do you have? How do you have so many treasures?”
Zeon smirked. “It’s just a life-saving toy. If this kid can have one, why can’t I?”
He looked at Grey and grinned mockingly.
“So, boy—you barely stepped into Mahayana and dare join this fight?”
“Supreme-level puppet…” Grey’s voice lowered as he analyzed. “Like my Silver Guardian, both are inferior-grade.”
Then he frowned. “Damn it. The puppet I used earlier is still unusable. So I have to face four Mahayana cultivators alone?”
Zeon cupped his ear mockingly. “Boy, if you’re scared, just go home and drink milk.”
Grey snorted. “Hmph—Ethan may be able to suppress me, but you four ants? Ridiculous.”
“A first-turn Mahayana calling us ants?” Lana sneered.
“Then what are you? An ant among ants?”
Grey’s cold laughter echoed.
“Hmph! Your Mahayana realm cannot compare to mine at all.”
Dark spiritual power surged violently around him, rising like a boiling storm.
“I’ll let you frogs from this barbarian land witness true martial might!”
In the blink of an eye, his aura jumped—second turn… fourth… sixth…
Then surged directly into eighth-turn Mahayana, faintly brushing ninth-turn level power.
The ground trembled.
Zeon raised a brow.
“So he’s a cross-realm fighter. But do you think you’re the only genius here?”
Golden light erupted from his body—his hair fluttered, golden eyes glowing sharply, his aura matching Grey’s head-on.
“Hmph, you are talking about a barbarian land, so where did you come from?”
A cold voice cut through the chaos.
Althea stepped forward. In that moment, her long sword hummed, and her bloodline exploded with power. Her aura shot upward like a sky-piercing pillar.
Mahayana Ninth Turn.
The earth trembled beneath her feet.
This is the strength of the Riverborn family—descendants of ancient Emperors.
If she hadn’t left home earlier, she would have already stepped into the Supreme Realm.
Althea’s cold gaze glared at Grey.
“Today, I’ll show you the power of cultivators from the so-called barbarian lands.”
Magnus inhaled deeply, his battle spirit igniting.
“Those who practice martial arts… energy and blood run wild. Being crazy is nothing special.”
He lifted his heavy sword, sword intent bursting outward like a storm.
“But you must have strength to match your arrogance.”
Without hesitation, Magnus launched forward like a cannonball, heavy sword crashing down toward Grey.
“Brother Zeon! Help me suppress the puppet!”
“Go!” Zeon commanded.
His supreme puppet lunged, golden light swirling.
Grey’s Silver Guardian met it instantly, steel limbs clashing violently.
Then—shing—
An ice-blue long sword appeared in Grey’s hand.
Frost mist curled around the blade, its presence alone chilling the air.
Magnus’ expression sharpened.
“That sword… holy-grade spiritual weapon!”
Grey smirked, a bloodthirsty light in his eyes.
“It is your honor to die under my holy sword.”
He slashed.
The sword energy tore through space with a chilling shriek.
A vicious, bloody killing intent surged from the blade—dark, cold, twisted.
Ethan narrowed his eyes.
“It is indeed this boy who practices the way of killing.”
Bang!
Magnus barely raised his heavy sword in time.
The force sent him sliding back several steps, his arms trembling.
“As expected of a holy weapon… what terrifying power!”
Ethan’s voice reached his ears.
“Magnus, be careful. His murderous aura is already affecting his mind. He’s definitely the wanted cultivator from the bounty order.”
Magnus’ expression hardened.
“So it _is_ him.”
He brandished his heavy sword again.
“Everyone, listen! The evil cultivator who killed the mortals recently—it’s this kid!”
Zeon’s eyes lit with excitement.
“So it was you. No wonder you only bully ordinary people.”
With a savage grin, Zeon charged with his long sword.
Lana also snorted coldly and followed Zeon’s footsteps with a dagger in hand.
