Chapter 322: Chapter 322(Massage Chair Extra Chapter)
Zeon leaned forward, eyes glinting with mischief, and said loudly.

“Your Excellency is willing to exchange a Holy Level Spiritual Technique for a stone slab of unknown origin. Could it be that you know the secret hidden in it? I will offer ten thousand top-grade spiritual marrows. How about sharing it with me?”

The entire treasure appraisal hall froze.

Even Iris’s eyes widened slightly.

A cold, murderous chill rippled from her body.

“Boy… do you want to die?”

Her voice was soft, almost gentle, but the killing intent inside it was sharp enough to split mountains.

Zeon’s bravado collapsed instantly.

“Haha—excuse me!”

He sat back down, though a thin layer of cold sweat had formed on his forehead. His heart hammered wildly in his chest, but the smile on his lips remained maddeningly bold.

Iris stared at him for a long moment.

She memorized his face.

After the treasure conference ended… this man would definitely die.

“Aunt Iris,” Grey said coldly beside her, “this guy did that on purpose. He wants to divert trouble to us and make us the target of public criticism.”

Iris snorted softly.

“It doesn’t matter.”

Her tone carried disdain for everything around her.

“Who dares steal something from me here?”

A faint smile crept across Grey’s lips, one filled with cruelty and madness.

“Let them come. Whoever comes can be killed.”

In Zeon’s box, Rain glared fiercely.

“Zeon, are you crazy!?”

Zeon grinned.

“I’m not crazy. I did it on purpose.”

He chuckled.

“How bold the man is, how fruitful the land is.”

Rain stared at him speechlessly.

Ethan, however, understood immediately.

“Brother Zeon said that deliberately,” Ethan said calmly.

“He wants to make this mysterious woman a target. Someone who’s willing to exchange a holy spiritual technique for a broken stone slab… that alone proves the secrets hidden within it are terrifying.”

“That stone slab’s value is now no less than a Supreme Heart.”

Roan swallowed deeply.

“With such a treasure… someone will definitely die for it.”

Ethan nodded.

“The price of greed is death. After the treasure appraisal conference ends, Noble Sun City will be drowned in blood.”

There were simply too many powerful cultivators gathered here today. Supreme Realm experts lurked both openly and in hiding. Every one of them would act for a chance at such a treasure.

Zeon’s excitement grew.

“Brothers, when this conference ends, who’s picking up treasures with me?”

“I value my life,” Roan said, “so I won’t.”

Everyone else shook their heads, their hearts trembling at the thought of getting involved in the upcoming bloodbath.

It was at this moment that Lana’s voice echoed across the hall again.

“Since there are no more bids… this mysterious incomplete stone slab belongs to the honored guest.”

She accepted the holy-grade scroll from Iris and passed it carefully to Talker Latham.

The moment Latham touched the scroll, he frowned deeply.

“What a powerful seal… and such tight restrictions!”

Even he was forced to put it away without analyzing it further.

Then Latham clapped his hands.

“Everyone, now comes the finale!”

“This is the corpse of a Supreme realm cultivator!”

The moment he spoke, he opened the coffin.

A preserved corpse lay inside.

Gasps filled the hall.

“This corpse did not die while sitting,” Latham explained.

“It fell only recently and is well preserved. It is the remains of an Inferior-level Supreme Realm powerhouse. From the bone structure and lingering bloodline, this person was not fully human—he carried the ancient Azure Mantis beast bloodline.”

After finishing his explanation, he closed the coffin lid gently.

“Everyone, place your bids.”

Even though it was not a corpse obtained through sitting meditation, the body remained intact.

For Mahayana Realm cultivators, this was an unparalleled opportunity. Refining the Supreme Heart could greatly increase their chances of passing the Supreme Tribulation. For existing Supremes, consuming it could instantly raise their cultivation further.

“One hundred Spiritual Heart Stones!”

A crisp voice rang out.

It was Iris again.

Silence swept through the auction house. Every cultivator recognized what this meant:

She wanted the corpse.

She wanted everything.

Their expressions darkened.

Iris smirked.

Her gaze held nothing but contempt.

“Compared to strength,” she whispered, “these people in this barbaric land are useless. Compared to resources, they are still useless.”

Unsurprisingly, other Supreme Realm experts took offense.

Except for the Ashenvale family and the Thunderhall family, the other three families of the Endless Mountains Holy Land all sent Supreme Realm experts.

A Supreme Elder of the Deepvale family stepped out.

“I, Deepvale, admire your arrogance. But do you understand one truth?”

He glared at Iris.

“Why bite off more than you can chew.”

Tension rippled like a blade through the hall.

Ethan frowned.

There was no longer any point in staying. Once he left, the Ashenvale family—and countless other forces—would immediately follow.

Why sit and watch these people throw money around?

Better to return to the tavern and prepare.

He couldn’t wait to deal with the Ashenvale family.

Once they died… and the dust settled… he could pick up whatever the mysterious woman left behind.

Ethan whispered, “Sister, let’s go.”

Althea’s eyes softened. “Okay.”

Solara silently followed them.

Magnus watched Ethan rise and immediately set down his teacup.

“Brother Zeon, aren’t you going to pick up spoils later? I’ll go with you.”

Magnus was Ninth-Turn Mahayana. The Supreme Heart was invaluable to him.

Zeon smirked.

“Interesting, isn’t it? Let’s go.”

Both men followed after Ethan.

In the opposite box, Noel Ashenvale also noticed Ethan leaving.

“Brother, Ethan is leaving.”

Karl Ashenvale sneered.

“Trying to run?”

He waved his hand.

“I will stay here. You two—keep an eye on him.”

“Don’t worry,” Noel replied, “Ethan can’t escape our sight.”

He and North immediately left the hall.

In the Blood Tavern

Ethan returned to his room and pushed aside the curtains.

Noble Sun City was shrouded beneath the dark cloak of night.

Lights flickered. Shadows moved.

As he scanned the rooftops, his lips curled.

Just as he expected.

The Ashenvale family had stationed several people to watch him.

And not only them—several unknown forces also lurked in the night, staring in his direction with predatory intent.

“There are quite a lot of people.”

Ethan sneered and closed the window.
