Orion stood outside the mansion, looking at his Grandparents, Little Lyra, and Seraph standing there to see him off.

He couldn’t help but curl his lips, “Why are you guys coming to see me off as if I’m going to my death. It’s just an academy test.”

Eldric slapped the back of his head, “Don’t say unlucky things at this time brat. You will worry your Grandma to death.”

Orion rubbed the back of his head sheepishly and kneeled down in front of Lyra. “Be good and listen to your elders okay?”

She looked at him with pitiful eyes, “Can’t I go with you? You didn’t even make food for us that you promised.”

He couldn’t help but laugh lightly, “Well I have been quite busy during this time. The next time I return, I promise to feed you daily okay? Now be good and stay put.”

Little Lyra had no choice but to nod her head with slight disappointment. He smiled and patted her head before standing up and looking towards Seraph.

There wasn’t much communication, he just nodded his head towards her and turned to look at the back with a helpless expression on his face, “You two, you really want to go with me?”

In front of him were both Fiora and Rina, ready in their light armors for battle as they decided to follow Orion towards the battlefield.

The two of them nodded their heads simultaneously, and Rina said with a laugh, “Hehe, the weaker people can’t help Master with his test. So I’m sure the academy won’t mind our presence. We are just going there for training.”

Eldric thought for a bit and said, “Well, ask Lucan to take you there, and ask him to take the Exalted Grade carriage so you guys won’t be late.”

Hearing Eldric’s words, Orion couldn’t help but feel his lips twitching, he asked quickly, “We have an Exalted Grade carriage?”

Eldric looked at him with amusement and asked, “Why can’t I have an Exalted Grade Carriage? It’s not that high grade. Go now, don’t be late.”

“Haha then I’ll take my leave. Take care everyone.” Saying so, he directly turned around and found that Lucan had already arrived behind him some distance away.

He smiled and took out a carriage from his storage ring, it was much more different than Orion’s obsidian carriage, it had no mana beast to pull it forward but instead four lifelike metal horses.

Orion looked at it with fascination while moving closer, “This looks so good. I will improve my carriage later to be like this as well.”

“You can just take this one.” Selene gently giggled and said.

Orion softly shook his head, “The previous carriage suits my aesthetic, I will just improve it later. Alright let’s board it now.”

Saying so, he extended his hand and helped both Fiora and Rina board the carriage first before getting up on it as well.

Lucan also excitedly went up and sat on the driver’s seat before activating the formations as the carriage slowly rose in the sky under the amazed gaze of Lyra and shot into the sky like a bullet.

Little Lyra looked at the leaving carriage with mischievous eyes, ‘Hehe, wait for me papa. I will come to find you soon.’

The others didn’t know what plans were forming in the little devil’s head as the group left after a while of looking at the direction Orion had left in.

Seraph stood there for a while longer, feeling lost as now she didn’t know what she should do. She couldn’t cultivate due to the curse and she couldn’t do any high intensity physical activities due to her physical body.

She just continued to stare at the direction Orion had left in and softly muttered, “I won’t be a burden… If I can’t help with my cultivation then I’ll help somewhere else…”

Soon, she found Selene in the corridor while walking towards her study, she stopped and looked at Seraph for a bit before gently asking, “Do you have something in mind Seraph?”

Selene softly laughed in amusement seeing how nervous she was, walking closer, she patted her head, “Your recovery would be the best thing Orion could hope for. So you don’t need to worry about this and take proper rest.”

She couldn’t help but feel a bit disappointed hearing her words, but she remained looking at her with a bit of stubbornness in her eyes.

“Alright alright,” Selene softly sighed and relented, “You can go to the library and read some books. See what interest you have and decide what you want to do. Maybe you can help him somewhere after that.”

Hearing her words, Seraph exhaled a sigh of relief and gratefully nodded her head before leaving the corridor in a hurry.

“…Do I look that scary?” Selene couldn’t help but doubt herself seeing how fast Seraph ran away.

From somewhere, Lyra came beside her and patted her hand, “You are not scary Grandma!”

Selene leaned in front of Lyra and pulled both of her cheeks, “You little devil, if you call Orion papa and he calls me Grandma then shouldn’t I be your Great Grandma?”

“Buhh tha’sh too long t’ shay…” Little Lyra said while feeling her cheeks stretching.
