Su Qinglan’s eyes widened until they were like dinner plates. This was the best deal she had ever seen! If there were ten females, and she helped all of them, she would have enough shampoo to last for years and a whole wardrobe of comfortable dresses.

Su Qinglan paused, her eyes narrowing. “Snatch? You mean these aren’t even yours to give? You’re stealing missions from other systems?”

The system went silent for a few seconds before coughing awkwardly.

“Ahem. Host, that is not important. What is important is that another tribe has entered your mountain region, and they have many sick females. If you help them, you will hit the jackpot. You should do this mission as soon as possible.”

“Wait, another tribe?” Su Qinglan frowned. “When did this happen? Was I sleeping that soundly?”

Su Qinglan’s face turned a deep shade of scarlet. She looked down at her reflection in the clear water.

The system wasn’t lying. Her skin looked smoother than silk, and there was a healthy, vibrant glow to her face that wasn’t there before. She looked like someone who had been pampered in heaven.

“Host is following a very good path,” Xuyu continued to laugh.

Xuyu let out one last cackle. “I hope Host continues to work hard at “cultivating” in the future. It’s good for your health!” With that, the system’s presence dissolved and disappeared.

Su Qinglan sat in the tub, her face still burning. She touched her cheek, amazed at how soft it felt.

However, as she thought about the “method” that caused this glow, images of the previous night flashed in her mind…the heat, the hands, and the intense gaze of her husbands. She felt a sudden wave of wetness pooling inside her again.

Oh my god, am I becoming a pervert? She cursed herself, quickly scrubbing her skin with the rough hide. I just got done with them, and I’m already thinking about it again?

She quickly finished her bath and stepped out, wrapping herself in her towel. Before she could even reach for her clothes, the door barged open. Hu Yan and Xuan Long walked in as if they owned the place.

Su Qinglan was speechless. “Can I not even step out of the tub before you guys drop in? Have you ever heard of a ‘knock’?”

Xuan Long ignored her complaining and walked over, his eyes trailing over her glowing skin with deep satisfaction.

“We are only here to help you clean up the water,” he said, though his eyes were clearly doing something else.

Hu Yan immediately went to empty the tub while Xuan Long helped her into her dress.

Surprisingly, they behaved themselves this time, probably because they knew she was hungry. After she had eaten a hearty meal, Su Qinglan sat down with Hu Yan.

“So, tell me, did something happen while I was asleep?” she said.

Hu Yan explained the negotiation. He told her about the Lion King, the green crystal, and how the tribe was going to stay in the tribe in exchange for hunting and work. He also mentioned the shivering, sick lionesses.

Su Qinglan’s eyes lit up. “Let’s go outside. I want to see them.”

Both Hu Yan and Xuan Long looked reluctant. “They are proud predators, Lan Lan. It might be dangerous,” Hu Yan warned.

“I’m not staying in this house all day,” she insisted. “Besides, I have to check on my mother.”

She decided to pay a quick visit to the fake mother first, then head down to the lionesses.

She left the house with Hu Yan trailing behind her like a giant bodyguard. Xuan Long, however, stayed behind. He preferred the quiet of the home over interacting with a bunch of smelly lions.

As she walked through the village, Su Qinglan felt the eyes of the tribe on her. Basically it is more because Bai Ling has successfully given birth without any complications.

She felt stronger, more confident, and ready to claim those bathing kits. If those lionesses needed help, she was going to be the best doctor they ever saw…even if she was doing it for the shampoo!
