Chapter 581: Heading To Gulf Of Sumer
After he finished talking with Kayn, he left and went back to the innkeeper. He returned the room and also paid the remaining rent he owed.

After that, he left the Celestial Domain to inform his family, and then the guild, that he would be unavailable for a while. His family was somewhat used to it already, and he just wanted to let them know so they wouldn’t worry.

But since the guild was in a bad situation and he currently had an important role there, he needed to let them know he was heading to the Gulf.

Of course, he only sent a few messages to Lana through his phone and then returned to the Celestial Domain again. Kayn was waiting for him at the city’s exit.

Before going to find him, he had to buy some meat for Finn, who was still sitting on his shoulders, so the little dragon could eat. Otherwise, the baby dragon might get wild.

Fortunately, finding meat was easy. He bought enough for about a week and put it in his inventory, though he gave Finn some to eat right away.

After that, he went toward the city exit, where he saw Kayn standing and waiting for him.

“With what are we going there? Isn’t it better to use a teleport portal to go to the closest area to the Gulf?”

“This Zone doesn’t have any portal that leads near the Gulf. We need to go to one of the nearby Zones and use their portals,” Kayn said, giving him a look.

“Entering different Zones in the Central Plains isn’t easy, especially the high-level ones,” Daniel pointed out.

“I know. Did you forget who I am?” Kayn said proudly.

“The only problem is what we’re going to use to reach the next Zone.” His pride faded as he started scratching his head.

Daniel sighed and took out a very tiny ship from his inventory, small enough to fit in his palm. Kayn was confused at first, but when he looked carefully, he realized what the tiny ship actually was.

Daniel placed it on the ground, and it suddenly began to grow. It didn’t take long for it to become a full-sized flying ship.

“Let’s go.” Without even looking at Kayn, Daniel stepped inside.

“How did you get a flying ship? Do you know how expensive these are?” Kayn said in shock. Even he didn’t own one!

“It’s a gift.” Daniel smiled lightly as he answered. He understood why his friend was so stunned, flying ships were truly extraordinary things.

After that, the ship took off and started flying east. Based on Kayn’s estimation and their checks, they would reach their destination in about an hour.

“Which Zone are we going to?”

“Erin Free Zone,” Kayn said casually.

“…”

“You’re kidding, right?” Daniel felt a headache coming on. Out of all the Zones, they really had to go there? For a moment he didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.

If they went there, there was a high chance they might try to arrest him on the spot. Though probably not, especially since he had hidden his identity back then.

“Why? You know that place?”

“More than just knowing…?” Then Daniel explained the summary of what happened to him and two of his friends back then.

After listening to that summary, Kayn started laughing loudly, a laugh that clearly came from deep inside.

“Did I say something funny?”

“No, I just didn’t expect you to get caught up in something like that. Honestly, you’re really lucky you managed to escape at that time. That Erin Zone, despite being a free Zone, is under the control of a powerful kingdom in your world. They probably had other plans for you.”

“I had a feeling, but I could see that bastard didn’t have good intentions.”

“But it seems your information even reaches the Central Plains.” Daniel then thought of something, and his eyebrows rose slightly with surprise.

The Central Plains were different from the rest of the human continent in the Celestial Domain. This was where guilds and otherworldly forces established their headquarters.

Because of that, security here was extremely high, and they fought against espionage and information leaks aggressively. They didn’t allow any intelligence organization to access this place.

But apparently, the Wanderers had somehow managed to gather information from here.

Kayn didn’t answer; he only shrugged. There were things he couldn’t reveal, since they were work secrets.

“Anyway, earlier you said I’m famous. Am I really under that much attention right now?” Daniel changed the subject.

“More than you think. The Association is receiving requests about finding your identity all the time. Most want to recruit you, others want to kill you, and some are just curious,” Kayn said as he explained.

“You have to consider that destroying two mountain bases of the Corruption Worshipers, another base in a well-known city, and creating chaos at that illegal auction isn’t something small. Especially since you even tied up the young lady of one of the most famous and powerful families in the world.”

“What? They blamed that on me too?” Daniel asked in disbelief.

“What? You expected no one to figure out all of that was done by one person? It was too obvious. But I have to admit, you hid your identity very well. No one has figured it out so far… except me. And that’s because I’m a genius.”

“…”

Daniel didn’t know what to say and just sighed. Maybe it wasn’t that bad?

He didn’t expect that the random things he did would somehow catch the attention of the higher forces. Even he himself, when he did those things, never thought they would draw that much attention.

But now that he thought about it, maybe those actions only seemed normal from his own point of view. Otherwise, destroying two mountain bases of the Corruption Worshipers really isn’t something anyone would dare to do.

After all, destroying a Corruption Worshiper base is the same as being hunted by all the Corruption Worshipers.

“Oh, and you should hear what people are saying about you. A bunch of them are already making up stories and rumors about your identity and your past,” Kayn added.
