Not even ten seconds had passed since the three Executive Administrators took their seats, when more figures arrived in the meeting. Four more people arrived, and they were also the Executive Administrator.

Baba turned around the moment he sensed their presence and was relieved to see Andre among the four. The only one who could speak on equal terms with Clementine was Andre. While the Executive Administrator didn’t really have a set structure, no leader among them; they were all equal.

However, the Executive Administrators respected Clementine and Andre more. While they were all equal, these two were considered the leaders. They had more authority than the others, and the lower-ranked Administrator regarded them the same.

Following Andre were Ebbe Telines, Valeria Meloda, and Loke Ponteus. The four did the same as Clementine, not bothering to greet them. They took the empty seats and faced the factions from the Ten Stars Accord.

“Have you guys started the discussion yet?” Valeria broke the ice with her question. Her melodious voice filled the room.

She was a Celestial Race, in a similar line to Angel. They were known for their beautiful voice, and she came from the Divine Realm. Her captivating smile enraptured the nine leaders’ attendants for a moment until the Red Star’s leader clapped his hand and released some of his aura, freeing them from her influence.

“Isn’t it rude to use your skills in an official meeting, Lady Valeria?” The Silver Star’s leader, Shamus Brock, smiled lasciviously at her.

The Silver Mercenary was what they were known for, and Shamus was known as Silver Overlord. That was what people gave him as a title after years of his feat on the battlefield as a mercenary.

“It’s not my problem that you bring weaklings to our meeting. If they can’t even resist my natural charm, then it’s better to replace them, no?” Valeria winked at Shamus, unfazed by the lustful gaze that he gave her. She had long gotten used to that kind of look.

“I don’t have much time for your nonsense. Get straight to the point. What’s your complaint?” Andre interrupted the senseless conversation between Shamus and Valeria before it went further. His deep voice contained an aura and authority that put pressure on everyone in the room.

“I don’t think we need an introduction, so let’s get to the point. It’s about the new Executive Administrator. He is attacking the Ten Stars Accord by attacking the Shadow Star.” Arthorn, the leader of the Golden Star, immediately spoke up.

He didn’t really like this meeting, especially in the same room with the infamous Andre and Clementine for too long.

“And what’s your complaint?” Arion chimed in.

“Shouldn’t you stop and discipline him for abusing his authority as Executive Administrator?”

“Abusing his authority? Can you be more explicit about which authority he abused? From what I know, this is a conflict between Tang Shaoyang, as the Emperor of the Tang Empire, and the Shadow Star. It’s a personal conflict, and it’s the Shadow Star who said it when we tried to mediate them when the Shadow Star tried to pull their attempt in a city under our jurisdiction,” Arion took charge of representing the discussion.

“Don’t even try to fool us, Arion!” Arthorn immediately responded, raising his voice slightly, “We are aware that the Administrator has the privilege to travel between worlds and realms. Executive Administrator Tang Shaoyang had the privilege to attack the Shadow Star!”

“That’s a bold accusation, and we take it seriously, especially in this case involving an Executive Administrator. However, we will respond appropriately as well if you use his personal conflict to disrupt the Administrator’s operation.”

Arion didn’t mention the fact that they had a log showing that Tang Shaoyang never used the Administrator’s universal teleportation. He kept that fact hidden and responded with a polite smile while delivering the consequences if they made a false accusation.

Arthorn stumped when, after hearing that, he glanced at his friends. He didn’t expect such a retort. Even though they had no evidence, they were confident that Tang Shaoyang used his authority to reach the Shadow Star’s main world, Allavaine. Or else there was no way a newcomer in the God Realm could get to the Shadow Star’s main base.

“Do we have to remind you not to fool us, Arion? If he didn’t abuse his authority as Executive Administrator, how did he get into Allavaine? How did he obtain The Shadow Star’s main base location?”

The Red Star’s leader, Kallaes, questioned Arion. He was a human who directly inherited the blood of Titan. That was the reason why he was someone with the biggest build in the room, along with the leader of the Blood Star, Minoz Aima.

The Blood Star’s leader was a minotaur. His giant build was natural, but he was bigger than the average minotaur.

Arion maintained his smile, nodding his head, “So you file a complaint based on the assumption that Tang Shaoyang is abusing his privilege. Is that it?”

“Yes. We would like the Administrator to take responsibility over this matter, discipline the involved individual, and give us the rightful compensation for our loss!” Shamus Brock immediately spilled their intention behind their complaint.

A compensation from the Administrator was big even for a big alliance like them. That was what they aimed for from the start, hoping to get something big from this matter. Arion was not wrong about them that the Ten Stars Accord was to get something from this personal conflict.

Of course, they were also confident that Tang Shaoyang truly abused his privilege for his personal issue. Or else, they would not dare to file a complaint like this. They did a background check on Tang Shaoyang. Not just the Golden Star, but they also confirmed the information with the other Information Factions.

The Tang Empire had a territory in the God Realm, but that territory had not been established. It was not even open; the protection was still there, meaning Tang Shaoyang didn’t get to the Shadow Star’s main base through the God Realm. They had confirmed that the Tang Empire’s territory was still not open yet. They had a solid reason to accuse Tang Shaoyang and went with that.

“We will talk about that later. Your complaint includes the Hurakan Kingdom’s involvement. What do you mean by that?” Andre cut off before Arion could respond. This was the reason why he was here. The Hurakan Kingdom’s involvement in the matter was why he joined the discussion.

“We have informed the Hurakan Kingdom out of moral principle for using the Hurakan Kingdom’s knights as his spirits. We can’t let him take advantage of the honorable knight who died in their duty protecting the realm from the accursed void creatures,” Arthorn regained his confidence and explained about the Hurakan Kingdom’s involvement.

“The Administrator can fix the issue before it gets too big while disciplining him for his unscrupulous conduct. That’s what we hope to achieve in this discussion.”

“Let’s see what the individual has to say about that,” Andre stood up and turned toward Baba, “Where’s Tang Shaoyang?”

He didn’t ask Arion or Clementine because he would not get the answer from them. He knew how to read them. That was why he immediately asked Baba.

“Tang Shaoyang is currently in Allavaine, engaging in a war against the Shadow Star,” Baba didn’t know what Andre would do, but this might be the best outcome for him.

“Open the path to Allavaine for me, Adam!” Andre commanded.

Without a response from Adam, the space between the Executive Administrator and the Ten Stars Accord’s leadership split open. It opened wide and let them see through their teleportation destination. This was different from normal teleportation.

Everyone stood up, and Arion was the first one to make a noise, cackling cheerfully at what he witnessed. Below them was a battlefield in front of a big city.

The city wall was in ruins, a lot of craters formed on the ground, smoke billowed from many different spots, fire spread out here and there, and bodies were scattered all around. Everyone quickly noticed the strangeness; the world was grayed, losing its color. That was a weird phenomenon that caused Andre to frown.

On the other side, a skeleton army was still fighting against an army. No, it was no longer a fight because the Skeleton Army was chasing the fleeing army. It was not a fight, but a pursuit.

With the chaotic moment, they turned toward a figure that released a strong aura. They could tell this figure was in his Bloodline Transformation and also in elemental form. All gazed at this figure who was holding someone’s neck, lifting this figure to the air. While they gazed at this figure, this figure also gazed back at them.

Then this figure crushed the neck of the person he was holding, killing the already dying person. That was when the figure completely turned toward them.

“I did expect them to come here, but I didn’t expect you guys to bring them here to me!”
