Bai Meiyue watched the man leave and leaned on the doorframe beside her. She had a feeling that the drama between the siblings was far from over. In fact, she wondered whether it was better to just kill off Lu Yin.

Maybe I should, thought Bai Meiyue. She looked down at her pregnant belly and nodded after a short while. Maybe she would really kill that woman once Xiao Cai was here.

“I know.” Bai Meiyue was already aware of Fox and his stubborn attitude; she knew that there was no way possible for the man to give up without a fight. If not for the fact that he already had a person whom he was serving, she would have wanted this man to be by her side.

While Bai Meiyue walked inside the mansion, Fox chased after her. He pretended to cry as he sobbed after her, “Big sister Yueyue, Big Sister Yueyue. Your majesty Yueyue, my beautiful sister Yueyue. Please listen to me. I have thousands of ability users and innocent survivors who are waiting for me to feed them. Your mutated meat is the one that is running my safe zone. Without it, I will end up six feet in the ground. Please help me.”

Bai Meiyue paused and turned to look at the man who was still crying in front of her. She tilted her head and said to him, “Why should I hand over the supplies to you? If you are running a safe zone, then it’s your responsibility to look for the supplies. Look at me, I am running a safe zone, and I am taking care of the supplies on my own. They all called out your name after getting interrogated, and now you are telling us that you don’t know them?”
